More “cabin” vibe than “cottage” with beautiful muted lights, hardwood ceiling and walls. Great sunset views on Lake Erie on the west side of Pelee Island.

Centrally located within walking distance of the Pelee Island ferry dock, Stonehouse 1891, Westview Tavern, the local museum, and the famous Pelee Island Winery Pavilion to name a few

This cottage boasts an open concept kitchen/living room area with large island for entertaining after a wine tour or watching the game on the 60” smart tv

But throw open the blinds in the morning and the lake views transport you from cottage country back to serene island life filled with golf carts, scooters, electric bikes in a relaxed traffic flow where everyone gives you the nod with a smile and a wave

This property is in the best location on the island! The view is gorgeous, the property is lovely, and the host was friendly and very accommodating. We’re looking forward to a return visit down the road.

We had a wonderful stay at Dawn’s place! I traveled with my wife, our baby, and my father-in-law, and the home was perfect for our family. It was very clean, comfortable, and well kept. The location was excellent — close to all the main activities on the island and just a short distance from the ferry, which made arrival and departure so convenient. Dawn was an excellent host — friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. We’d happily stay here again on our next visit!

The cottage is extremely nice and spotless. The location is also excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.Dawn is a fantastic host and went out of her way to help us sort out the logistics when our return ferry was cancelled. We were very grateful for her guidance.

We had a great stay there. Dawn, the host has been so helpful. They place is probably the best place on the island. Definitely go back and stay there for sure

Great location close to ferry dock and restaurants. Beautiful lake and sunset views from patio or waterside bench. Well equipped kitchen for in suite meals. Very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Easy and quick communications with the host.

Amazing place

Rhis was my first experience with a VRBO and I wouldn't have had a better experience. I would highly recommend this location on Pelee. Stunning views,, easy access, everything and more that we could have wanted. The owner was outstanding and extremely helpful.

We had an absolutely perfect weekend getaway at this charming cottage on Pelee Island! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Whether you're sipping coffee on the deck, enjoying a glass of wine at sunset, or stargazing under the clear island skies, every moment feels magical.The location is unbeatable—peaceful, private, and just a short distance from the dock. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and full of great local tips, which made our stay even more enjoyable.If you're looking for a relaxing, off-the-grid escape with a touch of rustic charm and tons of heart, this is the place.
