Master Bedroom: King-Size Bed, 54 inch Smart TV, attached master bathroom with spa tub overlooking the valley

Blue Bedroom: Queen Bed, 42 inch SmartTV

Orange Bedroom: 2 Twin Beds, 1 Single Bed pull out underneath, office space with electric portable stand-up desk, computer monitor, 42 inch SmartTV, sliding door out to back patio with valley view. In the closet are extra chairs, fans, yoga mats, frisbees, extra pillows/sheets/blankets, and a foldable crib.

KITCHEN

Our kitchen is fully equipped for all your kitchen needs. It includes: Coffee maker, french press, ground & full bean coffee, coffee grinder, tea, electric kettle, emersion blender, Cuisinart Pots & Pans + lids, Henckels Knife set, cutting boards, measuring cups, mixing bowls, baking pans & sheets, cooking utensils, olive oil & many spices.
Cleaning products, first-aid, fire extinguisher are located under the sink.
* our Ice Machine is currently unavailable. Bring bag ice if needed.

Provided Wine for sale on the wall: We have carefully hand-picked our best local wines from the surrounding area at your convenience so you don't need to leave the house! Ranging from whites to reds to rosé, we have your favorite!

DINING ROOM

Our table comfortably sits 6 people-can fit 8. You can grab extra chairs in the orange bedroom closet if needed. A high chair is provided.


BATHROOMS - 2 full-baths ( Hallway + Master Bedroom)

We have provided shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion, make-up towels & mirror, cotton bath towels & washcloths, hair dryer, bath soap, bath bombs, kid bath toys

LIVING ROOM

Enjoy the large sectional couch with a 75 inch SmartTV (Sign into any of your streaming services). Find board & card games located in the entertainment center along with kids toys and coloring materials to keep the little ones busy! Several blankets provided.

LAUNDRY ROOM

We have an in-unit washer and dryer for your use. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets/balls are supplied for your use. Cleaning supplies (broom, mop, carpet cleaner) are hung up or on the shelf. Extra Kleenex boxes are in the cabinet.

BACK PATIO - SIDE/BACK YARD

Enjoy our newly added hot tub! Enjoy a dreamy sunset or gaze at the stars while relaxing in our 6 person spa overlooking the valley! Spa towels are provided in the laundry room.

Our patio offers a table and umbrella to sit under and enjoy the view with a morning coffee or yoga session (matts in orange room closet). We have a propane grill + grilling utensils for all your meals (Propane is provided and hooked up). The side of the yard has a propane fire pit with seating to enjoy a nice evening at sunset with a glass of wine.

We provide an EV vehicle charger located on the side of the home right in front of the driveway, free of use!

Check-in is at 4pm | Check-out is 11am.
Please message us in advance to request an earlier check-in/late check-out and we will see if we can accomodate you with our schedule.

Arrival:
Please do not arrive earlier than your designated check-in time as cleaners may still be at work prepping the home to our best ability before your arrival.
Your access code to the home activates at your exact check-in time, therefore you will not be able to access the home earlier than stated. Thank you.

Secluded Location Info:
Our location is quite peaceful and remote, which we and our guests absolutely love. While there's a general store with essentials just 5 minutes down the road, you'll find restaurants and larger grocery stores a bit further out, around a 30-minute drive. Most of our guests bring their own food to cook in our fully equipped kitchen, but there are options around 15-30 min. down the road for larger grocery stores and restaurants/take-out. Local grocery store closes around 7PM - if you are arriving later than 4PM, we recommend you stop and grab groceries and other necessities before arriving.

Wifi: Starlink Internet

Wildfire Season Warning:
During the summer months when wildfire season is extremely high, PG&E occasionally shuts off the power for several hours. We do have a back-up generator that will kick on in these situations. We do not offer refunds in this situation.

Due to the dry summer season, the grass and landscape will dry up naturally with our limited rainfall in the summer season. We ask that you do not build your own fire on the property - you will be asked to leave with no refund. We take our dry season and fire preventative measures very seriously for the safety of our guests and community. Thank you for complying.

CANCELATION POLICY: Guests get a full refund if you cancel your trip up to 5 DAYS before your check-in date.

We have a propane fire pit overlooking the beautiful foothills at your backyard view! Located on the back deck, enjoy a glass of wine with a crackling fire and views of the rolling foothills!

These cameras are in place to monitor the exterior surroundings, ensuring your well-being during your stay. Additionally, they help us address any damages caused by weather conditions or wild animals promptly. Please note that these cameras are not monitored unless an incident is reported to us by a guest or damages are noticed outside. Your comfort and security are our utmost concern, and these measures are in place to enhance your overall experience. Thank you for your understanding.

Front & back door, driveway, side, front, and back yard, garage area. With respect to privacy, we do not have any exterior cameras facing the spa or inside the home.

Furry Friends:
Welcome to our pet-friendly VRBO property! We happily accommodate pets at a charge of $25 per pet per stay (3 pets max.). Please let us know if you are bringing your animals when confirming your reservation. If failure to book your pet/let us know ahead of time, a $50 negligence fee will be added to your stay. You can use our large outdoor kennel next to the garage, and kindly pick up and dispose of animal waste outside. Come and have a delightful stay with your furry friends!

Remote Workers:
For remote workers seeking a productive yet comfortable environment, we've thoughtfully created a designated office space that caters to your needs. Our electric standing desk, equipped with wheels, offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in our home, whether you prefer a change of scenery or need to catch the best natural light. Plus, we provide a mounted computer monitor that you can easily hook your laptop into. Stay connected and efficient while enjoying the convenience and comfort of our remote work-friendly space. Your productivity knows no bounds here.

Caves and Gold Mining:
We are located in 'The Mother Lode Country' of California's Gold Rush stretch! Explore our property and find historic man-made walls, and venture out to the one and only California Caverns located just a stone's throw away in our backyard! We conveniently are located near Mercer Caverns and Moaning Caverns Adventure Park. It's the perfect activity for the whole family to visit and enjoy!

Vineyards and Wine:
Calling all wine connoisseurs! Surrounded by vineyards, wineries, and picturesque wine towns, our property offers the perfect opportunity and location to indulge in wine tastings, vineyard tours, and exploring charming boutiques nearby. Head out for a Saturday afternoon wine tasting at our local vineyards and feel free to bring back a bottle to enjoy on our patio at sunset! We offer wine bottles at the home from local vineyards to purchase as well if you don't feel like leaving! 30 min. from Murphys, CA where they offer over 30+ tasting rooms and local vineyards!

Golf:
Our property boasts a private golf driving range, allowing you to perfect your swing in absolute seclusion. For your convenience, we provide complimentary right-handed clubs so you can enjoy a hassle-free experience. Additionally, we have bags of golf balls available for purchase on-site. If you prefer using your own clubs and balls, feel free to bring them along as well! We are also located to a few golf courses around 30min-1 hour.

Hiking and Sight Seeing:
Our property offers an enchanting hiking trail that wind through the valley side, offering picturesque views at every turn. Immerse yourself in the soothing sound of SEASONAL (October-June) creeks flowing alongside the paths, and a stunning SEASONAL waterfall that cascades down the foothills creating many sitting pools. After a long day of hiking, find yourself down in the valley to cool off in the many deep pocket swim spots! Hiking trail ranges from moderate to difficult (1 Mile out - 1 Mile back) that includes some steep hills and rocky terrain towards the waterfall.

Bring the kids:
El Dorado Escape is a family-friendly home and space that is perfect and convenient for any family getaway. Inside the home we offer kid-friendly kitchen utensils/cups/bowls/plates, foldable crib and high chair for the younger ones, and toys, games, and coloring materials to keep them company! Bring them down to the farm to visit our on-site goats and mule! (Please notify an on-site manager to come see the animals, and we will be sure to have them placed in an accessible pasture to view and feed!)
