Tropical Dreams !Super cute, clean and close to the beach! New pickleball court!

The duplex is divided into two units. Each side of the unit is a comfortable size for up to 4 guests with bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen. The property is located within a 15-minute walk to the closest public beach, restaurants, and gift shops to enjoy!

Below the duplex is a shared, covered space between guests of both sides, offering outdoor relaxation rain or shine! In the same area will be plenty of beach supplies, dining areas, two charcoal grills, bikes, and an outdoor shower. The back patio is also a shared space; however, there are two separate outdoor dining tables for each side to use and enjoy! With a spacious, fenced in yard, we are also happy to accommodate dogs to enjoy a vacation with our guests!

Upon availability, both sides of the duplex can be rented to a group of friends or family, not exceeding the total occupancy count of 8 (4 guests per side). Check with your hosts before booking to see if we can accommodate both sides!

Guests of both sides will have access to all amenities located below the house. The lift connected to the duplex is NOT for guest use. Please do not try to use or climb on the lift. We have just added a new pickleball court and basketball hoop!
