Stayed one night while traveling with our dog. Great set up, very comfortable. Fenced yard was spacious and lovely. Neighborhood felt safe and secure. Visited the cows in the nearby field. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean and efficient. Nice kitchen and back yard. Great set up for a couple or family with kids. We had six adults (3 couples), and it is not the ideal set-up for that (1 larger bed bedroom, 2nd bedroom had bunk bed, and 3rd sleeping place was a futon in the main living area with room for one adult. Fortunately we are good friends.

This is truly is Kentucky's Finest! Great location and very clean house. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Georgetown KY.

Lexington Wedding

I was in town for a family wedding. This was a perfect location and great place to stay. The backyard made for a nice gathering space for my adult sons and their cousins. I highly recommend this place!

Great location to KHP!

Property was super convenient to KHP, local restaurants and shops. House was perfect for our 4 guests, spacious and modern. Extremely pleased with the cleanliness and offerings, especially bathroom toiletries which included shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area. Clean, perfect for us

Our family, 4 adults and 1 dog, came for a wedding. We stayed 2 nights. The house had everything we needed.Neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the architecture and Christmas decorations of the houses on the way in.

Property was stocked well, but the bathrooms needed some better scrubbing... there was also mildew on some of the shower walls.

Lovely little house

This is a lovely little house. It a tiny bit hard to find at first but then I figured it out. Super clean. The town lovely and cute. Very quite. My dog loved the backyard.

Easy Breezy stay

We stayed at this VRBO for a horse show week. We checked in on a Wednesday and checked out on a Sunday. My 15 year old daughter was showing in the Split Rock Jumping Tour at the Kentucky Horse Park. The home was clean and easy to get to from KHP. Located in the town of Georgetown, I found that everything we wanted was within a 10 minute drive. The washer and dryer were a bonus for us as we had to do some laundry while staying at this property. The neighborhood was quiet and the home was cool and clean. The well-stocked kitchen was nice although we did not need to do much cooking on this stay. Two bathrooms were a plus and they were well-stocked as well. Will stay again. Thanks for an easy breezy stay.

Our Winter trip to Kentucky

We visit Kentucky regularly & try to stay close to our son & daughter in law so we can see the grandkids. This trip was particularly special as we were getting to see our newborn grandson. We love Georgetown & after viewing many homes we settled on staying at this location & we were very happy with our choice. It’s very close to Main Street & central to everything. The neighborhood is safe with well lit streets & secure for those who enjoy walking. I give this place a 10 out of 10 The only thing I would suggest is that they put a chest of drawers in the bedroom for storage other than that it’s a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood with a great host who responds rite away to any texts.

Little home

When we booked this it says that it slept 8. It never said anything about that an air mattress was considered a bed! 2 of our friends had to go and get a hotel because there was no room for them. I messaged the host and he was not helpful at all. He said that it was his birthday and pretty much didn’t want to deal with it.We were not happy with our stay at all. Would not recommend.

Disappointing stay

Property was extremely basic— a bit grim. Neither bathroom sink drained. The furnishings were bare-bones. We rented the house for the fenced-in backyard, but the fence is in such bad shape that it would contain only aged and small dogs.And it cost a lot more than it should have. It would be fine for some folks but I won't be back.

The property was perfect for our, my mom , me and our small dog’s stay. It was very clean and in a good neighborhood. I also appreciated the fenced in back yard for Max. We would sty there again.
