This place was great. Nice quiet neighborhood, but very convenient to get around to the attractions we wanted to visit. The interior spaces were comfy and well decorated giving it a real home feel. The property has fabulous amenities including a fire pit, hammock, bbq & outdoor dining area, ping pong, and a little gym. The fresh chicken eggs were a delightful surprise and were so delicious. Dave, the host met us when we checked in and gave us a guided tour.

Perfect little casita for our stay. Great communication with our host. He was very accommodating with our early check in request. Kitchen had all the amenities and some added extras like a candy dish and some drinks. The bathroom had plenty of fluffy towels and a bidet. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend

David, the owner was so nice to accommodate our family’s needs and desires. He has generously opened up his property for the further enjoyment of his guests, including a fire-pit, BBQ, outdoor games: ping pong, horseshoes, swings, and a hammock. We loved watching the chickens and enjoyed the occasional visits from his two very friendly dogs. We appreciated the feeling of acceptance, as well as the sense of security at this little oasis in the desert.We definitely would love to visit again.

This was a perfect weekend stay for my parents who were in town for a graduation. David was a fantastic host - very friendly and easy to communicate with. The casita was super clean and cozy. My parents were very happy!

The host was very welcoming and attentive. Everything went smooth, and the amenities were great. The only drawback was that it was a duplex, not as private as expecting, however, we did not see another soul. And we were not sure how (or if we should) access the back yard.

We really enjoyed this property. It has modern upgrades, a wonderful shower, large bedroom closet and comfortable bed. David was wonderful to work with and very accommodating.

My husband's open heart surgery.

This place was wonderful! So comfortable & pleasant. After being in the hospital all day with my husband for 6 days, it was such a relief to come home & relax. I really liked not having to go out to eat for every meal. The kitchen was so handy. I would recommend this rental to anyone. The host was very helpful & easy to work with.

Clean, quiet home in Tucson!

We stayed here and used Dave’s home as a landing spot for the week while we celebrated in wedding events!! This home was clean, quiet, and cozy. When we had a slight mishap with the front door, Dave was quickly responsive and helped us fix the issue. I highly recommend Dave’s home & I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!!

The main headline and pictures to the rental is a bit deceiving. This is not the house. It is an apartment attached to the house. And the yard is shared with the house. We were never around long enough to use the yard area, and did not ask about it. I honestly don’t know how you would get to it since it is mostly around the main house. And there are dog that they let into it. As far as the unit itself. It was very nice. Everything was modern and clean. The bed was comfortable. It had everything we needed.
