This 2 bedroom home has all your essential needs. 1 Queen bed bedroom and 1 Full bed bedroom and each is equipped with a 32” Roku TV. Rooms were clean and our host made it known to contact him if we needed anything. Our stay was peaceful and comfortable. We will keep this in mind for future visits.

Quaint cottage in the tri-state

This little cottage was a very nice stay. Clean space, easy to access, comfortable beds and amenities. Came into town for a wedding and this was a quiet getaway from the life event chaos. We will stay again.

Responsive host and helpful if we needed anything. It was all we needed. Quaint and quiet safe neighborhood. Loved the chickens across the street.

Good for us

Older house was well appointed. Only oven was not clean. Good amenities for the two of us. Near univ of Marshall, kohls and wal mart and grocer. If come back this way would stay again. Host was very responsive!

Good overnight stay

Small, quiet house in a rural residential neighborhood. I needed an overnight stop on my way across the state and chose this over a hotel. Nothing fancy but very clean with basic necessities in the kitchen and a newer washer dryer. Owner was quick to communicate.

Visiting family and friends

We had an excellent stay. Property was as listed. Clean , nice ,quiet neighborhood! Plenty of room. Great communication with the host. WiFi worked great. We only used the tv in the living room. I will stay there again when visiting !

Weekend getaway

We really enjoyed the cozy home during our vacation. It was clean, convenient, and quite. Neighbors were extremely friendly. The host was available and very responsive when needed. The home had everything we needed. We definitely recommend this home and would stay again if we are traveling to Ashland.

Great Stay

The place was perfect for our needs. The neighborhood was extremely quiet which is always nice. The owner was responsive to all of our questions in a timely manner. The place overall was great. If you need a quiet and relaxing place to stay this is definitely it. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus

Nice little getaway

Communication with the owners was great, the place was the perfect size for my boyfriend and I to just get away for a weekend while we still aren't living together. The only gripes I had with the place was that the pots + pans +cooking utensils need updated. Otherwise a great stay!

We had an appointment in the morning following our nights stay. Took showers, made coffee. we did spend a small amount of time watching one of three tvs. It was all good.

Cute and convenient

Our stay went well. Getting into it was turn after turn but gps takes you right to it without a problem. The little house was a nice cozy place to stay for the night and well worth the price. The property manger responded quickly when I had questions and was friendly. Everything is set up just as you see it. Very cute decor throughput the house. Take extra toiletries if you plan to sty any length of time. I would also recommend extra towels if you plan to stay a few nights . Otherwise I thought over all it was well worth the money to stay the night. Also be very conveniently located is the shopping center near by with plenty of shops and restaurants as well as a paramount theater! Neighbors seemed super friendly as well.
