Family-Friendly Townhouse on the Merrimack River

Experience blend of convenience 'n relaxation at our townhome. 2-bedroom/2-bath with stocked kitchen complete with dishwasher and N'espresso coffee maker (coffee pods supplied). French doors off DR to screen porch. Relax in spacious living rm w/addt'l twin pull-out, or explore the outdoors with river access from a quiet backyard, ideal for kayaking. We are located on a state road, one mile from the highway: 15-minute drive to UMass Lowell, 30-min drive to Boston or popular NH beaches.

Lower level attached garage and laundry/storage, first floor living area with living room/sunroom with dedicated work space, open kitchen/dining room opens to screen porch and full bath, second floor two bedrooms and full bath.

Townhome for your exclusive use. Duplex has one other tenant. Driveway is shared with two neighbors but you have room for one car in addition to single garage, fenced in side yard for your exclusive use next to side entry door. Bring non-motorized personal water craft to launch from the backyard at your own risk.

Convenience store, coffee shop, asian fusion restaurant/lounge, two other sit down restaurants, sub shop, supermarket, banks, gas stations, boat ramp, all within a mile of the house.

A mile from Interstate 93.

A lovely home on a river. Close to wedding venue, which was wonderful. Very clean home, and owner was quick to respond and welcoming.

Great location, 30 minutes from Boston

Cute accommodations with a riverside view. Our family’s stay was cozy. The owner of the property communicated really well and even thought of little things (ice in the freezer, bakery cookies awaiting our arrival, etc.) that made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

Long weekend getaway

Our son recently moved to Massachusetts and they live in an apartment. We only had a 10 minute drive to visit and the location is centrally located to everything. We will definitely be back to stay here again.

Convenient location

The house is very conveniently located near the expressway and Boston airport. It was a quick drive (when traffic was light). The bedrooms are good sized and are upstairs which was nice if one of us was up earlier than the other.

We wanted a home centrally located for family visits. The location is ideal
easy on/off 93. Plenty of good restaurants within two mile of house. It was a straight shot to downtown Lowell for the iconic folk festival. The house was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Everything was really clean. The one time we needed to reach out to property manager she answered our question promptly. We had no issues at all with Recommend highly.

Family obligations

My brother and I stayed while we were visiting family. We found the home clean and comfortable with easy access to the highways we needed. It provided a cozy relaxing atmosphere after a day of running. Mary, the host responded quickly to questions and was very easy to work with. All in all, a great stay. Will rent again when I the area.

Our grandson’s graduation University of New Hampshire visit

Mary was extremely informative in any questions we had regarding our stay. She was quick to respond. While the property is older New England, my The inside of it was very comfortable and clean. The stairs may be an issue for anyone who may have handicap disability. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room and more importantly the sunporch that faces their Merrimack river in the back was a delight. We will rebook with her for future visits.

A Christmas Celebration

My husband and I celebrated a wonderful Christmas with our 4-year-old granddaughter and son. The home was very roomy for all her gifts to be opened and set up for play.The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked. The dining area was situated perfectly to serve a lavish Christmas dinner. The coffee service area is a very nice touch with an assortment of coffees and teas. Mugs provided. The enclosed porch has a lovely view of the river. The parking garage was accessible with a functional remote garage door opener. The bedrooms and bathrooms are fully equipped and accommodating. Extra bedding and towels are provided. Also, the basement has a washer and dryer for your convenience. Enjoyed our stay!

I grew up in Methuen and I love our location on the river. It's a convenient location for guests visiting Massachusetts. We are a half an hour north of Boston off Route 93 and about a half an hour from beach communities like Newburyport/Salisbury and the NH coast.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our property has a beautiful location on the water with a fenced yard and access to the river for anyone who brings their own kayak. It's relaxing but close to the highway and lots of shopping/food options.
