Lake Life-The beach is your back yard! 3br/3ba Private Beach/pool/balcony
Lakefront Condo #110 is #1600 square feet and has 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms and sleeps six. Lake Erie Vista Condominiums (LEV), has elevators, heated indoor pool, private beach, 2 fire pits and outdoor grills.... and is only minutes from the famous Geneva on the Lake Strip. There are large lakeview windows and two sliding glass doors that take you out to the 15 foot private balcony with patio furniture ---great for lake watching, reading or just relaxing waiting for one of our fantastic sunsets. Wherever you are... in the great room, in the kitchen, in the dining area you are always part of the action in this open concept condo. The kitchen has beautiful cabinets with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, electric cooktop, and plenty of cabinet space. Kitchen supplies: dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, skillets, serving dishes, utensils, baking dishes, hand mixer, blender, Keurig and a drip Coffee Pot, Crock Pot and more. (paper towels provided.) There is a full laundry and we provide liquid laundry detergent . 1) The main bedroom is filled with natural light with a lake front picture window . The King bed will provide sleeping comfort!! This bedroom has an attached 5 piece bath with XL shower and plenty of closet space and a smart TV. 2) The second bedroom has a queen bed with a smart TV, a full bathroom right next to it in the hall. 3) The third bedroom (13'x13') has another queen bed , 32" smart tv and full attached bathroom. There is also a twin size blow up mattress and kids pack and play. Sheets provided for both. All bathrooms provide a hairdryer, towels and wash clothes. The condo also provides games for all ages! Lake Erie Vista is across the street from Indian Creek Campground (Sun Resorts) which offers a convenient store, mini golf course, ice cream stand and the Loft for sports watching, food and drinks. We look forward to sharing this gorgeous condo with you!

Lake Erie Vista Rules for Guests and Homeowners: Rule #1 Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No behavior that is an unreasonable nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to other occupants will be tolerated. Rule #2 Basket Carts and Hand Trucks (which are convertible to flat dolly) are provided for your convenience. Immediately after use, please return the carts/hand trucks to their original place next to the elevator in the lobby so that they will be available to other renters and unit owners. Rule #3 Bikes may not be parked in the hallways or taken into the units. Rule #4 No items shall be thrown from balconies. Due to falling risk, no items shall be hung or laid on balcony rails. Rule #5 Each condominium is permitted to use no more than two parking spaces during peak season (from May 1 to Sept 30). Each vehicle must fit in a single parking space. Jet ski trailers, boat trailers, etc. must fit within a single parking space and be included within the two-space maximum per condominium. All spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Only non-commercial vehicles are permitted to park overnight. Rule #6 Smoking within common areas inside of the building is prohibited. If smoking outside the building, you must provide your own ashtrays or other appropriate means of disposing of cigarette butts. Rule #7 Under no circumstance should trash be left outside of unit door; make sure all trash is bagged, tied, and placed inside the dumpster. Posted trash rules must be followed. Rule #8 Posted Beach rules must be followed. For your safety: No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk - beware of strong undertow. *Do not climb or jump on pier or break walls. *No glass of any kind allowed in the beach area. Plastic containers or cans only. The lake is dangerous and - please respect it. Please respect our investment and be considerate of others: *Wash all sand from yourself, and children and beach toys at the beach wash station. *Clean up trash when leaving beach. *Do not leave beach chairs in water. Return them to beach near south rocks. *Respect our neighborhood property. LEV property line ends at rocks on both sides. Rule #9 Posted Pool Rules must be followed. For your safety: No lifeguard on duty swim at own risk. *No unsupervised swimming. *No diving. Diving may result in permanent injury or death. *No running, jumping, dunking or horseplay in or around the pool *No glass in pool area. *Tight fitting rubber pants over diapers or swim diapers are required on persons using the pool who are incontinent and/or not toilet trained. Rule #10 HOA provided grills and fire pits cannot be moved from the designated locations. Fires must be extinguished after use. HOA provided grills must be wiped down after use. Only electric grills and heaters permitted on balconies and patios

This condo was wonderful! It was clean, very nice, and the views were spectacular! It felt like we were on a cruise ship looking out the windows at Lake Erie. We had a wonderful experience, and will definitely be back.

My younger daughter wanted a pool, and my older daughter wanted the beach. I wanted time away in a spacious accommodation. This condo had everything we needed. I would recommend a stay here if coming to the area.
