Casa Tucan is a stunning, modern, and cozy loft located in the heart of Manuel Antonio, less than 10 minutes away from the National Park. This air-conditioned loft features a queen bed and a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The kitchenette have all the essentials to prepare your meals. From the balcony, you can enjoy sightings of toucans, monkeys, macaws, and a variety of other local wildlife. Nearby you can find numerous other attractions to enhance your stay. The property is located in a secluded and very quiet neighborhood. The building has four units with a balcony looking to the forest. Has a free private parking with security cameras. Each unit is an open floor with a queen bed and a sofa bed. There is WIFI internet with 100 MB speed and a 42" Smart TV loaded with several apps (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO, etc.) where you can use your subscriptions. There is a three panel door to the balcony. The kitchen has a gas stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, utensils and dinnerware. Has a private bathroom with a enjoyable shower, mirror and hairdryer. In Manuel Antonio all streets are very narrow and our location is not the exception, just drive carefully. Calle Bravo is not in optimal conditions but my sedan can handle very well. You can park your car in the designated spot base on the unit number you have reserve (1,2,3, or 4) More likely I won’t be personally available but always available on the phone. We have a great couple working with us doing the cleaning, laundry and attending basic needs for our guest, their name is Wilber and Cindy. If need something always asked through the Airbnb app and we will communicate with them. Property located in a tranquil neighborhood at the very end of a cul-de-sac. As is common in Costa Rica, the neighbors embody the 'Pura Vida' lifestyle, making for a friendly and welcoming community. Nearby, there is a convenient mini market for all your essential needs. Additionally, accessing the main street to Manuel Antonio Park, you will find a variety of places to explore, including numerous restaurants, a supermarket, various tour options, sunset viewing spots, and many more attractions to enjoy The closes mini market is about less than 5 minutes. If you are traveling on a budget we recommend going to "PALI" in Quepos downtown, it has lowest prices in the area. There is plenty of restaurants along the main street to Manuel Antonio National Park many of them with great sunset views. Most tourist come for the National Park and the beach but actually there is plenty of places to visit and things to do so we can share the contact of a tourist guide that can help you to make your visit more enjoyable, just let us know. We are located 1.5km from the main road to Manuel Antonio, the last 500mtrs is a dirt road. The public transportation is on the main road to Manuel Antonio but taxi service is available as well from-to our place. Ride share services are not available. We offer a Laundry Service for a fee. A $25 service fee for about 5 kg, each addition kg is $5 For long stays more than a week we also offer a free cleaning each week.
