Right in the heart of Manuel Antonio, located perfectly between Manuel Antonio National Park /Beach and the town of Quepos / Marina Pez Vela. We are just far enough off the main road so you won't hear it. Macaws, Tucans, Monkeys, Sloths and Iguanas come right through the property and we have 10 different fruit trees for our guests to enjoy!

House has two floors, this is for the middle floor with 3 bedrooms. Each floor has own parking/balcony/door and only share pool (bottom floor).

Séjour agréable

Beau sĂ©jour dans ce grand condo. Il a fallu demander les instructions pour avoir accĂšs Ă  la demeure la journĂ©e mĂȘme de notre arrivĂ©e. Il pensait nous les avoir envoyĂ© mais je n’avais rien reçu. Jordan trĂšs gentil est venu nous ouvrir Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. RĂ©pond promptement Ă  nos demandes. À notre arrivĂ©e, le frigo dĂ©gageait une odeur intense de poisson. La femme de mĂ©nage est repassĂ©e lendemain pour le nettoyer Ă  nouveau. Pas d’eau chaude pour les douches. Le problĂšme a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©glĂ© le lendemain. Par contre, une des deux douches inutilisable car jet d’eau insuffisant. Bel endroit pour accĂ©der en peu de temps au Parc Manuel Antonio,

Grande maison avec une superbe piscine

Excellent accueil et trĂšs bonne communication tout le long de notre semaine Ă  la casa ludmila. TrĂšs propre et trĂšs spacieux, lits vraiment confortable. Nous recommandons la maison!

Our stay in Manuel Antonio was amazing. The property has everything for a young family including lots of animal encounters (iguanas, coati, macaws, and we even got a squirrel monkey encounter on our deck the last day). The pool was great for cooling down in the afternoon and the property is quiet but still close to all the attractions and restaurants in Manuel. Jordan the property manager communicated very well and the property even had daily cleaning if requested. Overall we had a great time and look forward to our next visit!

Jordan, our house concierge, was phenomenal. Met us at the property late on a Friday when we arrived after a long day of travel, showed us around the house, answered all of our questions and gave us many great recommendations for restaurants. The house was very clean and spacious, tons of room for our family of five. We were just a short drive from everywhere we needed to get to. My only complaint was the water pressure in the main shower was incredibly weak, and the people staying in a neighboring house blasted music late into the night (no fault of the property, obviously). The pool was very nice and we saw lots of interesting wildlife while relaxing there. We also had laundry done free of charge which was a huge bonus. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Lush Green Paradise

Absolutely gorgeous place! Kitchen is beautiful, the bedrooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable. I wish my family and I could have stayed longer the location was close to everything yet the perfect retreat. Jordon was amazing and took great care of us.

Jungle retreat.

Nice remote feeling and yet close to all amenities, restaurants, etc. We enjoy birding and added many new birds to our list. Great view from balcony.

Fabulous condo in the jungle!

5 of us stayed 4 nights in the spacious well equipped condo. Very clean, great amenities. Balconies and pool area were great for viewing wildlife. Our concierge, Jordan, was beyond helpful. He was flexible with our changing arrival time, provided great recommendations for restaurants and whatever else we wanted to do, and was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

Wow!!! Great apartment!

This apartment is very large, beautifully appointed and has every modern convenience you could want. There was plenty of room for our family of five. The pool is lovely to come home to after a day out and about. There is daily maid service, a place to do your laundry, and the concierge's recommendations were the best. This is a fantastic place to take a real vacation with your family.

Get away to Manuel Antonio

The stay was great, nicely isolated with lots of trees. Perfect apartment and Jordan, our property manager was excellent with communication and meeting us at the property. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

Excellent stay - Pura Vida Life

we loved our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer! From the minute we arrived to the time we left, everything was perfect! Yosue was there to greet us and even carried our very heavy luggage up the 2 flights to the entrance for us, The pool is so beautiful and when we weren’t out exploring, we enjoyed just being at the house on the deck - bird watching and relaxing. Yosue was so responsive - had looked into fishing charters and even a private chef for us (despite our very last minute planning!). If you stay - pls walk or drive down to “Chillax” a local small restaurant at Riverside Condos owned by Carlos - go for breakfast so you can meet him, and then walk the small public trail to the waterfall! It’s about a 1/2 mi walk in but so worth it!! (Beds super comfortable, coffee provided, ample parking, recommend 4 wheel drive - steep incline and windy road to access but much like other places we’ve been - directions provided were perfect!).

60th birthday bash

birthday trip for me and my friend and our husbands!! Costa Rica is AMAZING! Yosue was so prompt on any questions we had - he helped us book some AMAZING tours!! and also helped us with restaurants. We would never have gone to the Monarco Butterfly House/Cafe for lunch if he had not recommended it. The house was great for the 4 of us - plenty of room to move around and the pool was beautiful! the 2 flights of stairs is only drawback :) but it is worth it!

Clean but constant construction on both sides

The home is nice and clean but not a peaceful vacation due to the constant construction, hammering, and power outages. We almost rented a home down the road and were contacted by the homeowner offering us a discount due to construction noises. I did not know this home was one street over and had 2 new homes being built on both sides so there was constant hammering, large trucks up and down the hill, loud music being played by the construction crews, saws loudly operating from 6am until 9pm every day (even Sunday). I would avoid renting this home until the construction nextdoor is completed.

Excellent Stay. House was beautiful.

We stayed for 3 nights in May. We were met by Yosue who was the concierge upon check-in. He showed us the house and answered any questions that we had. His communication prior to us arriving was very helpful. Yosue gave us directions to a perfect spot for parking for Manuel Antonio park. I highly recommend this location. He also helped coordinate the cleaning service so it was done at the time that was most convenient to us. The grounds at the house are beautiful. We saw a sloth in one of the trees one evening and we used the pool every night. Great spot.

Comfortable and clean

Our family of 4 would definitely stay here again! The property is clean and comfortable with beautiful surroundings and a nice pool. We appreciated having an ice maker in the fridge, a washer and dryer, and air conditioning throughout. The location is walkable to an outside bar (chillax) but we needed a taxi for the beach, the park, and the popular areas. Our concierge was wonderful once we arrived (she ordered a taxi for us our first night when we wanted to go out to dinner and suggested a great beach), but communication beforehand was a bit lacking. For instance- I had to reach out via whatsappp to get information while most other rentals send detailed information upon booking. The night before our arrival I asked how we get in, and she replied that she sent the address, but didn’t specifically answer how we would get in. Before we arrived I asked for some restaurant recommendations but never received any. These things would have just calmed my nerves a bit!
