Our home exudes warmth and comfort, with a vast open living area that acts as the heart of the house, ensuring everyone feels connected and at ease. If you love cooking or simply enjoy congregating in the kitchen, you'll appreciate our fully stocked space, complete with a massive 10-foot island. The master bathroom invites relaxation with its walk-in shower and deep soaking tub.

Kickstart your day at our coffee bar, and for those fitness enthusiasts, our dedicated workout area with a yoga mat and state-of-the-art Tonal machine ensures you won't miss a day of your routine. With complimentary WiFi, each guest can remain connected, and our thoughtful amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in each bathroom make packing that much easier.

Step outside and experience true tranquillity on our covered back porch, seating 9, overlooking the gentle creek. Fire up the outdoor grill for a delightful alfresco meal. If you're looking for a more rustic experience, journey down the hill to our designated camping area. Pitch your tents near the creek for a night under the stars. And don’t fret if you've left your camping gear behind; we offer supplies upon special request to the owner.

We are only a 10 minute drive to Lake Waco, Tonkawa Falls, and Waco Airport and 15 minutes to Magnolia Silos, Dr. Pepper Museum, Cameron Park Zoo, Downtown Waco, Baylor University, McLane Stadium, Hawaiian Falls, and other local attractions including vineyards, wineries and delicious BBQ.

Other things to note:

Absolutely NO SMOKING or illegal drugs allowed anywhere inside the house or outside on this property at any time.

Guest will have access to the entire home except for the attic spaces and few of the owner’s locked off closets.

All bunk beds are full over full. Main house sleeps 14 people (one person per twin and full bed and two people per queen and king bed) up to 19 people (one person per twin bed and two people per full, queen, and king bed).

Guests must bring their own wood to burn in outdoor fire pit. We do stack fallen limbs but cannot guarantee wood will be available. Please check with McLennan County to verify if burn ban is in place before starting a fire.

The creek may have little water during long stretches of little to no rainfall.

Must be 25 or older to book. Verification of ID required.

WIFI IS SLOW AT TIMES AND CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. Buffering due to insufficient internet bandwidth sometimes occurs with the TV or components. This is a rural rental and is to be expected with rural WIFI service.

Guests will have access to a variety of movies and shows available to watch on TVs in the house.

There are 3 bathrooms in the house: 2 full bathrooms downstairs where there are 3 bedrooms. 1 bathroom is upstairs where there are 2 bedrooms and the gameroom.

If your party will exceed the 16 person occupant limit, please give us a call to make arrangements. Additional fees may be required for occupancy greater than 16 in the main house.

A second cabin/in-law unit on the property. The cabin may be occupied by the owner at the time of your booking. The cabin will not be rented to another party during your booking. It will only be occupied by the owner.

PLEASE NOTE: Guest will be required to sign Short Term Rental Agreement and Release of Liability Waiver (online signature) within 48 hours of booking. Documents will be emailed to person completing booking with "ACTION REQUIRED" in the title of the email. If you do not agree with the terms of the Short Term Rental Agreement and/or Release of Liability Waiver, you can decline to sign and receive a full refund within 48 hours of your booking.
