Come back from your 5-minute walk to the Magnolia Silos/downtown Waco area and relax in our 65 jet hot tub! Sleeping up to 10+ people, you'll love calling us home for your Magnolia visit, girls' trip, family reunion or Baylor event. We look forward to hosting you!

Both the host and the property were amazing! The outdoor space is very nice and private. We loved the fire pit and the hot tub. The house is so welcoming and cute. It was stocked with all of our needs to have Thanksgiving dinner. The board games were a fun addition! Erin the host has thought of everything. We would absolutely stay at this property again. Also, loved the location. Thank you for an awesome experience!

Simply Get-A-Waco was the perfect spot for me and my friends to stay for the weekend. The property manager was readily available to answer any and all questions we had with regards to check in and availability. After a slight hiccup with the keyless entry pad, it only took her 10 minutes to resolve the understandable glitch which had taken place. PLENTY of parking in the fenced off backyard area. However, it was really never needed with the abundance of safe street parking available. Can not thank them enough for being a vital accommodation for such an important weekend for me and my career.

Everything about this house is great: from location to parking to the hot tub. Cannot beat it! A quick walk to the Magnolia Silos, close to campus and Waco surf. Great place for a weekend in Waco!!

Perfect home and location!

This home was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway! We had 2 families of 4 and 3 additional adults that were all very comfortable. The home is older but is very well kept and nicely decorated. Location is close to everything you can think of and the host is fantastic at communicating. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return to this same home!

Great location!

We had a great time! We enjoyed the hottub at night. It is central to downtown, Magnolia, and lots of restaurants. It is old and charming. The downstairs furniture definitely needs updating but the beds were comfortable. It was very clean and the host was super responsive. Our dog loved the backyard. I come to Waco often and I will be staying again!

Perfect for a Bachelorette Group

Amazing home for a bachelorette group - so thankful for this place. It hosted our group perfectly and we loved having the private parking in the back. It is an older home so there were a few quirks to the house like uneven floors and such but personally, I love houses like that. Location was a little further out from the main area of Waco than I thought but was also nice and quiet. Would stay here again

Graduation Getaway

My family booked a two night stay here at Simply GettaWaco and it was perfect for what we needed. We were within walking distance of several places to eat and only a few miles from our destinations (Cameron Park ZOO and Baylors Ferrell Center). There was a hot tub on the deck along with beautiful string lights and there was seating for a fire pit too it was just too hot for a fire during our visit.

Texas Baptist Convention

This older house has been updated and is very spacious. I recommend parking at the back of the property. Communication was excellent, making it easy to follow and understand. The host was excellent.

Weekend away

The location is great if you’re coming to Magnolia and that area. Walking distance to many shops and food. The house is older and has several sloped floors and elevation changes in the flooring which caused some issues for my older mother, several trips and stumbles. The home had everything we needed. Enjoyed the hot tub.

Fun and Adventurous

Waco was a beautiful town. This home is in a perfect location for all tourist attractions. We walked to most. And having the comfort of parking in a closed in yard area in the back was a plus.
