The couch in living room offers a pull-out bed as well. This bright and open floor plan is great for causal days around the house and when entertaining friends and family for the big game or at night! The fully equipped kitchen opens to the great room with a breakfast bar perfect for that morning cup of coffee and hosting house guests! As you move to the relaxing backyard you will enjoy a custom pool & spa, built-in BBQ, and a gas fire pit/feature to sit around and enjoy on cool nights. Enjoy all of the comforts of home with wireless device chargers in every room, smart TVs, and 5G internet access.

Guest access:

Your stay includes use of the community Lifestyle Center with pickle ball, tennis and bocce courts, and community pool & spa. The golf course offers a restaurant and 3 nine hole courses. Each offer a slightly diverse style of golf, while taking full advantage of its majestic surroundings offering the perfect challenge to any caliber of golfer. Throughout your round, you will come across strategically placed bunkers and water coming into play on 15 of the 27 holes. In contrast to most desert courses, hundreds of mature trees line each fairway offering lots of shade on hot days. No membership required, tee times are made by calling the golf shop or booking online.

This is a quiet community with full time neighbors. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Any response by security may result in a fine that will be the responsibility of the renter to pay.
