The Beach House. is perfectly located right next to the beach, dive & wellness center within the gated community of Coral Estate luxury resort with 24/7 security.

Excellent restaurants, bakery, beach, dive shop, and spa & wellness center are all just a 2-minute walk away.

Enjoy hiking, diving, snorkeling, swimming or just enjoy the turquoise blue waters, listen to the birds, or watch the fish and turtles swim in the ocean right from the private backyard.

The villa’s living spaces make the most of its stunning location. Pool, loungers, a thatched roof oceanfront cabana, let you entertain or relax from dawn to dusk. Sunsets are truly special here.

After dark, watch the stars come out or step inside to read a book, play a game or enjoy the TV’s and Wi-Fi.

The Beach House was just completely redone and provides brand-new high-end amenities, furniture, and security. Retractable sliding glass doors allow for the perfect indoor/outdoor living experience.

All 3 bedrooms have king size beds and a private bathroom.
For the ultimate luxurious experience, the following services are available upon request: additional cleaning, grocery shopping, private chef services, transfers, rental car, tours and more.

At the Villa you will find a directory with all information needed about the villa/resort and a tour book that allows you to explore all Curacao has to offer.

A rental car is highly recommended.

Coral Estate is perfectly located right in the middle of the island and only 20 minutes away from the airport.

Although Curacao provides many different landscapes the island is only 40 miles (64 km) in length, which enables you to explore the amazing beaches, friendly towns and the capital of the island, Historic Willemstad.

5 star house. Excellent central location to all of island. Coral Estates resort facilities next door was perfect for dining & diving. Would stay here again. Never get tired of view from pool deck

Villa is great, nicely decorated. Highly recommend the Villa Amazing view. Love the facilities the Coral Estates offers. However the first step in pool is very steep.

The view was absolutely stunning. The listing on VRBO should state that air conditioning is only from 7pm to 10 am. If you want air Conditioning outside of those hours, it is extra. Also the 3rd bedroom entrance is only to the outside of house. We had a hard time finding the remote to the outside blinds and to the key for outside bedroom. When the host finally returned our call he said “ don’t call that number again, they are very busy” (we called the number listed in the welcome book.)All beds are not king as listed on VRBO. The master BR TV did work. The house is stunning, well furnished and we loved the neighborhood. Just need to have the listing be more accurate. Would we return? Probably but this time we would know allOf the above issues.

Regarding the air conditioning, this is clearly stated in the pre-arrival information sent before check-in. Bedroom AC is included from 7:00 PM to 10:00 AM, and daytime use is available at an additional cost. We kindly ask guests to review this information prior to arrival to avoid misunderstandings. The number you called is listed strictly for emergencies. For general questions, guests are asked to contact the guest manager. This distinction is also communicated in advance. We understand this may have caused frustration, but the emergency line cannot assist with non-urgent matters. Keys and remotes are located in the kitchen and are easily accessible. Thank you again for your stay.

Our family had the pleasure of spending a week in this home on Curacao. And it was nothing short of phenomenal. The pictures provided are a perfect representation of reality. The interior, exterior, location right on the ocean, cleanliness, nicely decorated, etc. were fantastic.Security for Coral Estate was excellent as it is gated, and is staffed 24 hours a day. All electronics worked perfect, and the home was outfitted with a great supply of all cookware, dining needs, etc.The pool was wonderful and right off of the back deck area, and the side outdoor living area with couches was a great place to read, talk, or just relax and watch the waves. And the outdoor dining area sits right on the edge of the ocean and many meals were enjoyed with such an amazing backdrop.The home is close to some of the best beaches in Curacao as well: Porto Mari and Cas Abou.Overall, a fantastic home and location.
