Welcome to The Mimosa! This fresh, cozy home in Boonsboro has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy two king beds, an indoor hammock chair, and a large yard with a fire table. Perfect for families or a quiet getaway in a safe, walk-friendly neighborhood.

Located in Lynchburg’s beautiful Boonsboro area, The Mimosa is close to everything you need. Walk or bike through quiet streets, grab groceries just three minutes away, or enjoy local coffee shops and dining nearby. The Blue Ridge Parkway, local universities, and scenic hiking trails are only a short drive away, making it easy to plan your perfect day.

One of our favorites

Wanted to have the privacy of a house & this really fit the bill. Located in a very pleasant neighborhood. The house had everything you would want. Decor very nice, loved the colors. Nice touch was the labels on everything esp. lightswitches. Wish the weather was a little warmer as it has a deck with chairs etc. For the conservation aware folks - no kureg! just a great Mr Coffee. Beds were very comfortable. and reasonably priced.

Precious home

This home was perfect for our family of four to use during our stay in Lynchburg. We had plenty of room at spread out, and our son’s dog loved exploring the backyard and walking in the neighborhood. It took us about 15 minutes to get to Williams Stadium to watch our son’s football game which was great. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great Home

I booked this home for my daughter to take her kids on a spring break trip. It was the perfect choice for us. Their plans included taking in a baseball game at Liberty University, frisbee golf, pickleball and a trip to Safari Land. This was the perfect house for them in the right location. The host was very open and easy to reach. We received a great Welcome Guide. The kids loved it so much they asked if we could come back for a summer trip! Would totally book this great home again!

This was the most well-appointed VBRO property we’ve ever stayed at in terms of thoughtful details and comfort. The home is clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well outfitted to cook a holiday dinner and the extra touch of Christmas decorations made us feel very at home.

Moving

We are moving from VA due to a job and needed a place to be as the move was in the final stages. It was so nice to have a home to go to and crash after long days of putting stuff on a truck. The home is beautifully decorated and the luxury shampoo and conditioner were heaven! Our daughter enjoyed the puzzles too. In short, it had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to add box springs to the mattresses. Without them, they are so very low to the ground and a bit difficult to get out of. Highly recommend this home! Thank you for making this move smoother for us!

Wonderful for family retreat!

Had a great experience! Family of 4, with 2 being college “kids”! Had plenty of space and many comforts of home. Charming decor and very clean! Would stay here again!
