This newly renovated 2 BR/2 bath townhouse is perfectly located right across the street from WVU Stadium and Hospital. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one King suite and one Queen. Both have their own bathrooms en suite and the master bedroom has a designated work area with a desk and chair. Each bedroom and the living room are all equipped with smart TV’s and there is a deck to enjoy the outdoors. Pet Friendly location.

Perfectly situated remarkably close to WVU Mountaineer Field (walking distance) where you can join most of Morgantown in cheering on our beloved Mountaineers, as well as WVU Hospitals. Can not beat this location especially on game days or if you’re in town to visit a family member or friend in the hospital. Also, right around the corner from The Varsity Club, a perfect spot to enjoy lunch, dinner or drinks and The hangout on game days for pre-gaming and tailgating! The food is fantastic and the atmosphere fun & energetic!

Minutes from Suncrest Town Center where you’ll find lots of other great restaurants and shops and the “Gucci” Kroger for groceries. If you’re a coffee drinker/lover, and want to experience one of the best cups of coffee you’ll ever have, head to Mountaineer Roasting Company, just minutes away! Just put it in your GPS

Access is granted through a smartlock app called August Home. You will receive instructions and an invitation to the properties lock via text prior to your stay. Checkin is after 3:00 pm and Checkout is at 10:00 am.

The property was perfect! Very clean and well taken care of. We came to visit a family member who is in the hospital, and the location was perfect, just a 3-minute drive. While there was an issue with the host’s booking system, she was able to correct it in a timely manner with good communication!

Just what we needed

We traveled from Michigan to West Virginia for a friend’s wedding. This was a perfect location for us to the church and reception. Four of us stayed and the 2 bd/ 2 bath worked out great.

Quiet, comfortable stay

The townhouse was clean and comfortable. My wife and daughter particularly liked the couch. We were not there much during the day, but in the evening and overnight it was quiet.

This was a very comfortable stay. It was clean, beds were comfortable and it was within 5-10min of all things downtown. You could see the stadium from the parking lot. There were a few k-cups & tea provided for morning coffee, but no shampoos or bath soaps provided. Liquid hand soap and dishwasher pods were provided. I always bring my own toiletries, so that wasn’t a problem, though my son and hubby were surprised. The owner was very helpful with checking in an out.

Game day weekend

We had a great time in this unit. We walked to the stadium and it was very close! We will book this place again. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very helpful.

My weekend stay

Very clean and accurate. Minutes away from anywhere you could possibly need to go. Communication with Jenn was very easy and she answered any questions or concerns I may had very quickly . 10/10 would recommend again

Very peaceful and quiet. Not something we are used to. Probably different when there’s a game in town or more college kids. But we came way after the season of both. Loved the house and will stay again when we come again.

Owner had a few great touches that made the stay so great. She had a toothbrush in case we forgot it which we did. Definitely recommend. Great location!

Nice for the most part

Communication with host and checkin were easy and pleasant. Bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! House was clean but it just really needs some cosmetic TLC. These things didn’t affect our stay but we’re just not pretty to look at. Holes in walls, kitchen cabinet doors not aligned, garage door look rickety how it was repaired, no toilet paper dispenser in one bathroom, few towels. The WiFi was very slow and inconsistent. I could not even use my laptop upstairs. This did affect our stay as we had to work remotely. Overall, stay was fine but just not wowed by the property.
