Perfect for entertaining, minutes from restaurants, shops, and the beach, this house is sure to make an impression. Designed with style and comfort in mind, it offers a spacious open concept. Show off your culinary skills in the fully equipped kitchen that features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a dining table that seats 6, and additional bar seating for 5! The oasis outdoor area has it all, a private pool, charcoal grill, outdoor seating, and plenty of space for outdoor games. And don't forget the stunning views from the deck, where you can watch the sunset or admire the beauty of the Nature Preserve. With plenty of space and amenities to accommodate 10, Mahi Bay is the perfect place for your next beach vacation!

Things to know:

WIFI
Private pool-Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.
The pool can be heated for $50.00 per day and MUST be for the duration of your stay.

Family Vacation

Our family stayed here this weekend and had a great time. Great location and close to the beach. Loved having the pool for lounging when we first arrived. Not sure if this property was completely finished as the outdoor lighting did not work. And it was sorely needed at night. No stair lighting for night was dangerous. Almost sprained my ankle because because I thought I was at the bottom of the stairs but I still had one to go. Properties still being built around so the grounds weren't in the best condition, overgrowth and all.

Our stay was very nice. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed having the pool in the evening. My only negative comment is that there were a few things the cleaning crew should have communicated with the property manager before we got there. I am not the kind of tenant who is going to contact the property manager if I find a problem after I get there. I expect the place to be ready to go. In this case 2 of the 3 vanity lights in one of the bathrooms did not work. One was out completely and the other was acting like a strobe light. Also one of the toilets did not flush completely. We used the plunger but to no avail. Also the kitchen chairs needed some kind of glides on the bottom. Every time a chair was moved the grinding sound against the tile floor was awful. All of these issues should have been communicated with mngmt. It’s not my place to keep mngmt updated on maintenance needs.
