There's a particular kind of morning that only happens on 30A: coffee on the porch, salt in the air, and the day's biggest decision being whether to start with the sand or the trails. Hiker House sits right in the middle of that choice. Tucked into the gated Greenway Park community in Seagrove Beach, this four-bedroom home gives a larger group room to spread out while keeping the easy rhythm of a coastal getaway.
The main level opens into one bright, sunlit space where a roomy kitchen, a dining table for six, and a comfortable living area share the same airy footprint, made for slow breakfasts and lazy evenings alike. The look is fresh and uncomplicated, the kind of breezy, light-filled feel that makes it easy to kick off your shoes and settle in. Four bedrooms give everyone a place to land, and a private balcony off one of them is a fine spot to catch the afternoon breeze.
Out front, Adirondack chairs invite you to linger, and the community pool, just steps away with its own pool house and grill, becomes the natural meeting point between beach trips.
True to its name, the neighborhood backs up to the greenway, where wooded trails run into Point Washington State Forest for morning walks and bike rides. Just beyond the gates, Greenway Station gathers local favorites like Canopy Road Café, Turbo Coffee, Local Cantina, and Pecan Jack's Ice Cream within an easy stroll. Eastern Lake's coastal dune lake is close by for paddleboarding and kayaking, and the sugar-white sand of Seagrove Beach is just down the road, with Seaside and Grayton Beach a short drive west along the Emerald Coast.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Loved this house!
I stayed with 8 people and it was perfect! The house was so pretty and so clean! It was in a really quiet and super secure neighborhood which made us feel very safe! It was in close driving distance to all things and was in a perfect location for beach days and dinner nights! We loved the layout of the house and the beds were SO comfortable! :) We would definitely come back and stay here again.

Hiker House
This was our first time staying on 30A for Thanksgiving. We usually stay over the summer. This house was the best house we have stayed at thus far on 30A. Hike House was super clean and I can't say enough about how well stocked this house was. We needed for nothing!!!! Very well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels (both beach and bath). We thoroughly enjoyed out stay and plan to stay at Hiker House again in the future.
