Georgeous maison de plage décorée prÚs de Mer le 30-A. Détendez-vous aprÚs votre journée à la plage dans la piscine privée chauffée ou dans le hamac surdimensionné à l'ombre des arbres. AccÚs à la plage privée à une zone non fréquentée de plage. Ce est l'un des favoris de nos clients. Vous comprendrez lorsque votre ici

Salon principal avec cheminée à gaz rejoint cuisine avec appareils Viking.

3 chambres Ă  coucher complĂštes, 1 lit king, 2 reines, 3 salles de bains. Bureau avec 2 lits jumeaux sur sunporch au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage. Balcon de la chambre Ă  coucher avant au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage.

Ce est une maison carrée 1800 qui sera facilement donner 3 ou 4 enfants leur propre espace.

La piscine dans la cour arriÚre est trÚs privée avec des branchies de gaz et terrasse pour griller.

Mer est un peu moins d'un mile de distance avec animations pour adultes et enfants. De nombreux magasins et restaurants locaux sont
à distance de marche de clÎture de location et .Bike par certains locataires ne ont pas conduit une voiture aprÚs son arrivée car il ya des pistes cyclables tout le long de 30A. Publix épicerie au Aquarelle Crossing est à environ un mile

Ce est une grande maison de vacances en famille pour un 30-A vacances de South Walton dĂ©contractĂ©. Il est presque jamais bondĂ©e oĂč nous sommes situĂ©s, mais si vous voulez les foules alors juste vĂ©lo pour Mer. Bien qu'il y ait une plage privĂ©e directement Ă  travers la rue, il ya aussi une plage publique Ă  proximitĂ© avec le comtĂ© de Walton sauveteurs si ce est important.

Ce est de ma femme fiertĂ© et de joie si vous ĂȘtes locataire, se il vous plaĂźt essayer de votre mieux pour garder belle. Nous vous enregistrer et sortir et faire de notre mieux pour vous assurer d'avoir un grand temps. Je sais que vous allez adorer l'emplacement.

This property is fantastic! The home is extremely cozy, perfect location, lots to do nearby. The beach is steps away and absolutely gorgeous. The home amenities and decor made for a perfect beach vacation. I would give this home away from home a million stars. The pool, the beach access, the furnishings, the delightful decor make it the perfect getaway! We just loved it!

Barbie House is the best!

This was our 5th time to stay at the Barbie and we love it. We had car trouble on our last day and needed to stay another night and luckily the house was vacant the next week. Ted and Rachel were great and we were able to book an extra night. Can't wait to come back and stay on our next trip.

Relaxing Family Beach Trip

My family had a WONDERFUL stay here & we didn’t want to leave!!. The property is exactly as listed. Super cute decor! Very clean, great responsive host, perfect location. Private beach access right across the street. Private pool a love for the family. Would definitely recommend & hope to stay here again sometime when in the area!

Home away from home

This home was unique, comfortable with great art. It was far more pleasant than the sterile modern condos/homes. The property was very private with beautiful landscaping in the front and back gardens with a nice pool. The property manager was extremely responsive and pleasant.

Great Spring Break location!

Perfect location. Not even 5min walk to the private beach. Parked our car and used a golf cart all week! So fun for the whole family. Exceptionally clean as well.

Fun and relaxing beach house

Oh my gosh let me say
.this was the absolute best! The house was clean, well stocked, the owner and his assistant were amazing. We loved the pool. There were lots of jellyfish this week so we took full advantage of the pool. The bed was comfy. The shower was hot, We will book this house again!!

Perfect Place in Paradise

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Barbie’s Beach House was the perfect size, location and house for our family vacation. The artwork throughout the home was very interesting and just right for that beachy feel. Public beach access is literally across the street. The house also had a wagon and beach chairs we were able to use for the beach daily. The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil you would need for a quick meal. We loved having our own private pool to cool off in after a full day in the sun and sand. We used the grill one evening and it was just right for us. We rented a golf cart for the week and used it often to ride to Seaside and the nearby Publix. Ted was quick to respond if I needed to reach out with any questions. My family and I absolutely fell in love with this house and this area of 30A. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for a family Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was perfect size for our family to spread out and our young kids to have space to sleep away from each other. The home is perfectly fine for a beach vacay, any nicer and I would have constantly been worried my littles were messing something up! We had just what we needed and were close to plenty to do! The pool is very close to the back bedroom door entrance so we did have to rethink our kids sleeping arrangements to account for not wanting any kids staying in that back bedroom as it is very accessible to the pool. My number one recommendation to the owners would be to install a child safety chime/alarm or door lock that is up higher to help those with toddlers feel more comfortable as the pool is so accessible from the back entrance. We managed with some Amazon bought travel door alarms! Owners were very communicable and quick. Easy checkin and checkout, very appreciated as packing up is always stressful. Overall such a wonderful vacation and we’re so grateful to have found this gem of a house!

Fun Vacation Rental!!!

Beautiful property! Space was great for our 3 teenagers. Bonus that each bedroom had their own bathroom. Great Location! Easy access to beach right across the street! (Montigo Ave and public Beach access ). Short bike ride to seaside! Pool was Awesome! Loved courtyard area in front yard! Would definitely book this property again!!

Eclectic Cottage

What we loved—the location, the area, the beautiful beach, short walk to beach, beach chairs provided, manager was quick to respond, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. What needs improvement — it could use an over all good deep cleaning although it is NOT filthy, outside of home needs some repair and back porch steps very wobbly if you have little ones or elderly, showers need updated/repaired, outside chairs and pool chairs are not the same as pictured. Overall, we enjoyed the home. It just needs a little TLC—especially outside.

Wonderful vacation home for a family

We loved our stay at Barbie’s Dreamhouse! The home was spacious and well equipped for our stay, we really appreciated the beach gear and wagon. The heated pool was so nice on the cooler days. There was an issue with the pool heater and Ted had someone come out to fix it within hours. One thing to note, the beach access is kind of steep, if anyone has limited mobility that might not be ideal. We would love to stay here again!

Great beach house

I booked Barbie's Beach House, but I stayed in the house right next door (last minute change)- same owner. House was very comfortable and clean. Check-in was easy. The house is in a quiet location. We loved walking across the street to access the beach. Lots are places are an easy walk (organic cafe, several restaurants, bike rentals, etc). The grocery store is a short drive. We had a lovely, relaxing vacation.

Great Family Beach House

We had such a great time and the house was perfect for our family of 6 plus a one year old. We really liked each bedroom had a bathroom. The pool was so great to relax in after a day at the beach. The kitchen had everything you would need plus there is a high chair and pack n play to use too. The host was quick to respond with any questions and the check in process was easy. We rented a golf cart for the week and was worth it. We used it most of the time instead of cars to get around. There are so many restaurants and shops within a few miles either way. This a a great spot with a private beach access across the road where it is not crowded like the public areas. We would definitely stay here again.

Adorable House has it All!

Close to Seaside & Watercolor and directly across 30a from a private beach entry for Montigo Manor subdivision
. Well stocked kitchen and all the amenities for a wonderful family gathering. The house is charmingly decorated with upscale artsy beach decor & the pool is sparkling. All the beach toys you might need there too! Homeowner very responsive to anything needed. One of the best 30-a beach homes we’ve rented in past 10 years & we definitely plan on returning!

We loved our stay at Barbie’a Beach House. The location was close to everything. Easy walk to the beach and bike or golf cart trip into Seaside. Our kids loved having the heated pool to come back to in the afternoon. Ted was very responsive and easy to work with. Great find on 30A!!

Awesome place close to the beach!

This was PERFECT for our first trip to 30A. A little over a mile to downtown Seaside and a 2 min walk to the beach. The pool in the back was perfect for us. Ted was a great host and always available to answer any of my questions.
