Amelia Island Oceanview 3 Bedroom Private Home

This is the perfect beach house for your vacation! Spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome across the street from the ocean with public beach access directly across the street.  Also, for your enjoyment is a private garage featuring all your beach needs including a gas grill.  This townhome is pet friendly so your furbaby can also enjoy a vacation!!  

Enter the property from the ground floor where you will find a Master bedroom featuring a King bed and ensuite bath, also located on this floor is a guest bedroom featuring a full bed with an ensuite bath.  Travel up the stairs to the second floor where you will find the Kitchen overlooking the living room and ocean views.  From the living room you can walk out to your balcony where you can sit and enjoy the ocean sounds along with amazing sunsets and sunrises.  There is also a 3rd bedroom located on this level with an en-suite bath and King bed.

All amenities are included such as beach towels, chairs, and a wagon to help with your walk to the beach.    All you need is your swimsuit!

Winter family getaway

Overall, the place was great and a very good location. The restaurants around Amelia Island were wonderful. Just wish the weather was better. It was a little too cold so next time we go we will definitely do a last-minute booking since we are driving distance overall a great place and great location!

Great stay at the beach

This townhouse was exactly as described, beautiful, spacious and full of amenities. But the best part was it’s location, right across the street from Sliders and the drive on beach. We got up at 6am on Saturday to take our 4 wheel drive truck for a spot on the beach followed by a mimosa breakfast upstairs at Sliders. Ended the day back on the beach under the moonlight. Memories!

Great pick for us!

This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo, across the street from the best beach in Amelia island! It was very spacious and beautifully appointed. We stayed for over 6 weeks, so we needed a place that felt like home, and boy did this accommodate! I cooked at least 5 times a week, all meals, and I never lacked for a utensil, pot, pan etc. it is perfect for a long term rental! Would love to go next year!

Great Location

Loved the location of this townhouse. We could hear the waves from the balcony and see the ocean over the house tops across the street. It is a five minute walk from the house to the entrance to Fernandina Beach next to Sliders Restaurant. There is a nice crosswalk in front of Sliders and all the drivers were great about stopping to let us cross. The next best thing about the house is the garage full of beach supplies - lots of chairs, a canopy, toys, a kite and most importantly a wagon to take everything to the beach. The house was very clean and well stocked with starter supplies. We had more than enough supplies for our four night stay. The townhouse is on a busy street so there is some road noise. Would imagine this is an issue for most of the houses on this road. The traffic died down at night and seemed to start up again at 8 AM. It was just my husband and me and we chose to sleep in the master bedroom which is on the first floor facing the street. There are three other bedrooms and if we ever stayed again, we would sleep in the bedroom that overlooks the parking in the back of the house.
