Ce récemment mis à jour 2 lit / 1. L'unité 5 bath est l'endroit idéal pour votre prochaine visite sur l'île d'Amelia. Située à seulement 400 mètres de Main Beach et à moins de 3 km du centre-ville de Fernandina, cette maison de ville permet d'accéder facilement à tout ce que l'île a à offrir. L'accès à la plage est à quelques minutes à pied de l'autre côté de la rue et vous êtes assez proche pour entendre les vagues!

Cette maison de ville a été récemment rénovée et comprend de nouveaux meubles, revêtements de sol, cuisine et salles de bains rénovées. Depuis le niveau inférieur, vous entrez dans le salon qui offre des sièges confortables et une grande télévision à écran plat. La salle à manger peut accueillir quatre personnes et se trouve juste à côté de la cuisine récemment mise à jour, y compris tous les nouveaux appareils électroménagers, les revêtements de sol et les comptoirs. Depuis le niveau inférieur, les clients ont également accès à la buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge.

Les deux chambres sont à l'étage. Dans le maître, vous pourrez profiter d'un nouveau matelas king et d'une télévision à écran plat. On peut également accéder à un balcon privé depuis la chambre principale où les clients pourront profiter du son des vagues qui se brisent de l'autre côté de la rue.

La deuxième chambre offre deux lits jumeaux avec de nouveaux matelas et draps. La salle de bain principale au deuxième niveau a une combinaison baignoire / douche et une nouvelle vanité avec un comptoir supplémentaire. Tous les draps et le linge de bain, y compris les serviettes de plage, sont fournis.

Cette unité est l'emplacement idéal en face de la plage, et pratique pour tout sur l'île. Situé à seulement 400 mètres au sud de Main Beach et de Fort Clinch, à seulement 3 km du centre-ville de Fernandina Beach.

We had a great stay. A short walk to the beach, a short drive to restaurants and shopping. We discovered Harris Teeter grocery store which is excellent. The unit had everything we needed for a 10 day stay. We will definitely be back next year.

Awesome place

We really enjoyed this location, it was our first time staying here and with two little ones it was so convenient to walk right out the door to your vehicle. It was just the right size for the 4 of us, we would definitely stay again! Looks just like the pictures.

Clean, well-stocked kitchen, laundry in the unit. Beach towels provided, also there is a storage bin out the back door with beach chairs, beach toys, and a wagon to take items to the beach. We appreciated that the unit was pet-friendly, and our dog had a wonderful stay with us. The kids bedroom (with twin beds) was bright when the sun came up, so bring a portable blackout shade if your kids need a dark room to sleep. The carpeted staircase inside is fairly steep with narrow steps, so keep that in mind for small children or guests with mobility limitations.

Thanks again for choosing to stay with us, Staci! We are thrilled to hear that overall your family enjoyed our property and it's supplies. Yes, we provide all bed and bath linens, including those beach towels. We will look at those window treatments for the second bedroom and consider adding new blackout curtains. Also, the staircase is certainly steeper so we recommend travelers use the handrail and of course, walk carefully. Thanks for those suggestions and we hope that if you return to Amelia Island that you will keep our townhome in mind!

Spring Break Trip

Sweet location

We got #1 with views of the ocean from balcony. Comfy bed & close to everything. We have stayed in many hotels & houses in the area. So nice for kids to have their own room. We loved this unit & will hopefully be back soon.

Wonderful location, all needs met

First time to Fernandina/Amelia. Our unit was the one of four closest to road, but noise not bad. Amazing location near beaches and short drive to town. Apt. had just enough quirks to keep it interesting and had everything you need (including a great check-in snack!). Clean.

Cozy Beach Cottage feel

We just got back from a 6 night stay and had a wonderful time. The place exceeded our expectations. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach and had super convenient access to a beautiful, quaint downtown area. Property is also close to some great trails at Ft. Clinch State Park and Egan’s Creek Greenway. We’ll be back!

Accommodating host and lovely condo

My husband and I finally got to have a much needed get away and this condo was a treat to stay in. It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay and then some. The king bed was super comfortable, it felt like my bed at home! The host was kind and accommodating when we had to change our original booking dates after some medical issues. We will be booking again when we return to Amelia Island.

Great location, great parking !

It worked for us. Clean and neat, with everything we needed. Easy check in. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook, as it was a girls weekend and we went out for every meal. The beds were comfortable, good for a small group.

Perfect Location/Accomondating

We had a spectacular stay at this cozy unit right across the street from the beach. Numerous beach related items were provided including a cart, towels, and chairs. The unit is also a short drive from downtown and walkable distance to fort clinch. The walk to the beach was only about 3-5 minutes. I would recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Fernandina Beach, and most definitely will be back!

Good property and Excellent Property Management Company

There are a few small aesthetic blemishes on some walls and door frames. Steep and narrow stairs. But, overall a very good property that feels comfortable and cozy. Close to all amenities. Great washer/dryer room. Walking distance to many beach fronts. Close to public parks with beach areas and bathrooms. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The property manager excels at their services.
