SituĂ©e Ă  seulement 400 mĂštres de Main Beach et Ă  moins de 3 km du centre-ville de Fernandina, cette maison de ville permet d'accĂ©der facilement Ă  tout ce que l'Ăźle a Ă  offrir. L'accĂšs Ă  la plage est Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue et vous ĂȘtes assez proche pour entendre les vagues!

Cette maison de ville a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e et comprend de nouveaux meubles, revĂȘtements de sol, cuisine et salles de bains rĂ©novĂ©es. Depuis le niveau infĂ©rieur, vous entrez dans le salon qui offre des siĂšges confortables et une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat. La salle Ă  manger peut accueillir quatre personnes et se trouve juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la cuisine rĂ©cemment mise Ă  jour, y compris tous les nouveaux appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers, les revĂȘtements de sol et les comptoirs. Depuis le niveau infĂ©rieur, les clients ont Ă©galement accĂšs Ă  la buanderie avec lave-linge et sĂšche-linge.

Tous les draps et le linge de bain, y compris les serviettes de plage, sont fournis.

Clean, well-stocked kitchen, laundry in the unit. Beach towels provided, also there is a storage bin out the back door with beach chairs, beach toys, and a wagon to take items to the beach. We appreciated that the unit was pet-friendly, and our dog had a wonderful stay with us. The kids bedroom (with twin beds) was bright when the sun came up, so bring a portable blackout shade if your kids need a dark room to sleep. The carpeted staircase inside is fairly steep with narrow steps, so keep that in mind for small children or guests with mobility limitations.

Wonderful location, all needs met

First time to Fernandina/Amelia. Our unit was the one of four closest to road, but noise not bad. Amazing location near beaches and short drive to town. Apt. had just enough quirks to keep it interesting and had everything you need (including a great check-in snack!). Clean.

Sweet location

We got #1 with views of the ocean from balcony. Comfy bed & close to everything. We have stayed in many hotels & houses in the area. So nice for kids to have their own room. We loved this unit & will hopefully be back soon.

Good property and Excellent Property Management Company

There are a few small aesthetic blemishes on some walls and door frames. Steep and narrow stairs. But, overall a very good property that feels comfortable and cozy. Close to all amenities. Great washer/dryer room. Walking distance to many beach fronts. Close to public parks with beach areas and bathrooms. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The property manager excels at their services.

Perfect Location/Accomondating

We had a spectacular stay at this cozy unit right across the street from the beach. Numerous beach related items were provided including a cart, towels, and chairs. The unit is also a short drive from downtown and walkable distance to fort clinch. The walk to the beach was only about 3-5 minutes. I would recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Fernandina Beach, and most definitely will be back!

Spring Break Trip

Our family of four (two elementary aged kids) enjoyed this great property set in a wonderful location. Would recommend to anyone looking for quick access to the beach, fort clinch state park and downtown Fernandina.

Short walk to beach

Cute apartment, very clean. The beach access was very close and if there is room you can also park there if you prefer. Provided wagon was very helpful. Our air unit went out the 2nd day. I called them and they were there within 10 minutes. Bad part was replaced and room was cool again in no time. Kitchen was equipped with plenty of appliances. Washer and dryer worked just fine. Rooms were good size, beds were firm. Will consider this location in future.

Nice location, walkable to a non crowded beach

It seems to be an older motel style building that was renovated. The furniture is new and it seems to be new carpet. Overall it was pretty clean but not excellently clean. Cons: very steep stairs, mattresses are dented, the bathtub is not in great condition. Pros: easy check in and check out, hosts left a little gift for us when we arrived which was so sweet, good amount of supplies in the kitchen, washer and dryer, wagon and chairs for the beach, parking right in front of the door, short drive to restaurants, the city, and natural attractions, location is really good for beach access despite being across the street. It’s just a short walk to a public but not busy beach with a parking lot and boardwalk over the dunes to the beach. 4 of 5 stars!

Great location, great parking !

It worked for us. Clean and neat, with everything we needed. Easy check in. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook, as it was a girls weekend and we went out for every meal. The beds were comfortable, good for a small group.

Great location

Loved this little property. It's perfect for four!! However, there are a few things that I would change if I could. The master bedroom needs a blackout curtain, as not everyone is an early riser. The steps are steep and very small, I suggest putting rails on both sides of the stairwell.

Very quiet and great location

The beach access was further than originally told. It was about a 10 minute walk instead of 2. property was very clean. We texted the number we had during our stay but never heard back from them, glad it wasn’t anything urgent. Great location though, very close to downtown with all the restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay in the area again. We enjoyed our vacation with our family, after all creating memories are priceless!

Cozy Beach Cottage feel

We just got back from a 6 night stay and had a wonderful time. The place exceeded our expectations. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach and had super convenient access to a beautiful, quaint downtown area. Property is also close to some great trails at Ft. Clinch State Park and Egan’s Creek Greenway. We’ll be back!

In order to get downstairs warm, the upstairs got very very hot! Am not sure how a/c would be in summertime. Stairs are very steep - so be careful with children. Otherwise it was good visit.

Accommodating host and lovely condo

My husband and I finally got to have a much needed get away and this condo was a treat to stay in. It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay and then some. The king bed was super comfortable, it felt like my bed at home! The host was kind and accommodating when we had to change our original booking dates after some medical issues. We will be booking again when we return to Amelia Island.
