We call it Urban Paradise- spacious home in Ypsilanti with lots of outdoor fun.

Older, remodeled home, blocks from Eastern Michigan University, 1 mile from center of Ypsilanti, 2 blocks from bus to Ann Arbor. Come for an event, enjoy the outdoor tiki bar, putting green, foosball, fire pits and outdoor shower during your stay.
Set in the perfect location for all that is happening in Ann Arbor or Ypsi, the house provides a great place for families or friends to gather. The spacious back yard invites all to dine al frescoe, practice putting, warm up near the firepits on chilly evenings, or compete in a friendly game of foosball. The tiki bar offers a great place to enjoy beverages and unwind.
Ypsilanti boosts great eateries, from the top end Bellflower to dozens of diverse and delightful taverns and restaurants. The surrounding area offers places to enjoy pure Michigan, including golf, kayaking, tubing, hiking, cross country skiing and ice skating.

6 bedrooms include 5 queen beds and 1 king.
One room has a double bunk bed. One has a triple. 4 of the beds in the bunks are useable for adults.
The bedroom with the king bed also has a youth bed which is not suitable for adults.
There are two large sofas in the living room which we use for adults when the whole family is here. They are not pull out beds. Bedding for the sofas is stored in a trunk in the same room.
The bedroom in the basement has a queen bed. It also has a play area. Two cots and bedding for kids are available to use there if needed.
There is daycare bed and 2 pack and plays available for infants and toddlers. Please let us know if you will need them. Otherwise they are stored in an area unavailable to renters.
