Welcome to Low Tide! Be one of the 1st to stay in this newly built family beach home in the popular Murrels Inlet, Surfside Beach, Garden City Beach area. This property is set up for families and friends to enjoy all the beaches, yummy food, beach bars, piers, and activities that the area has to offer from the comfort of a resort style home packed full of amenities. We want you to go enjoy all the fun activities nearby but be excited to get back to the house to relax and make memories that will last a lifetime.

Low Tide is a 5 bedroom 4 1/2 beach home located in Garden City Beach/Murrells Inlet. It is minutes from Garden City Pier, Downtown Surfside Beach and Pier, The Marsh Walk, Marinas, watersports, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding and most importantly... a very short walk/bike ride/drive to the BEACH!!!!
Note: Low Tide is one side of the duplex we own called The Twin Tides. The other side is called the High Tide. Each side is set up the same so if your dates are booked for the one you are interested in you can check the listing for the other side and see if it is available. While it is a duplex each side is set up as its own private house and has all of its own amenities.

Prepare to have your breath taken away when you 1st spot your dream vacation rental home! We are only 9 miles from the airport! The driveway has plenty of space to comfortably park 4 vehicles. From the driveway you will walk into the covered outdoor entertainment area where you will find putt putt, a bar top table with seating, a picnic table, and charcoal grill. You might not make it inside the house right away if you open the garage door to find the full-size ping pong table and 2 arcade games. There is also a 65" tv in the garage that can be rotated for viewing from the outdoor seating area.

You can take the stairs up to the front porch where you are sure to spend time relaxing in a rocking chair or you can take the elevator up to either of the levels inside the home.

From the front porch enter into through the door into the beautifully decorated living room with electric fireplace, leather couches, and 60" smart TV. Just past the living room is the dining table with seating for 8 and the bar top island with seating for 8. From here you will enter into the fully stocked kitchen where you will be sure to enjoy incredible home cooked meals together. We have a Keurig duo coffee maker which can make coffee from pods or classic grounds. The elevator arrives in the hall across from the kitchen. There is a half bath right next to the kitchen.

The main level master bedroom containing King size bed, 55" smart TV, private bath with gorgeous walk-in shower is the only bedroom on this level. You have direct access to the back porch from the master bedroom. There is a very relaxing slider bench on the deck, and you can take the stairs from the deck down to the incredible pool area.

There is also a very functional and cozy workstation in the living area on the main level.

Head up the stairs (or ride the elevator) to the top floor where you will find 4 more bedrooms. Every bedroom with a King Bed has its own smart 50" TV, ceiling fan and closet. 2 of the bedrooms on this level have King beds and their own private bathroom. There is another bedroom with King bed that shares a large bathroom with the bunkroom. The bathroom is accessed from each bedroom and has a tub/shower combination. The bunk room contains 2 twin beds and 2 full beds, a 37" smart tv, 2 comfy bean chairs, and ceiling fan. The laundry area is also on this level.

We left the best for last! The private, saltwater pool in the backyard is available year-round and can be heated for just $75/day. Enjoy a game of basketball in the pool or throw some bags in a fun round of cornhole! There are 4 lounger chairs and 2 Adirondack chairs to sit pool side and soak in the sun. There is a very fun pool light that can change colors. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water so you can rinse off when you get back from the beach. The pool area is completely fenced in and the gate to the pool area has a mechanism that must be pulled in order to open to keep little children from being able to access it without an adult.

We take pride in offering excellent customer service. Prior to check-in and check-out, we give very thorough instructions so that visitors may just unwind and take it easy while on vacation. We are excellent at providing prompt responses to questions and concerns. The process of checking in is very simple. A door code will be sent to you the day before check-in. There's no need to meet someone to get keys!

Guest will have access to the entire house except for locked owner's closets.

There are 2 security cameras on the property. One camera views the front porch and driveway. The second camera views the pool equipment and side gate. The cameras do not have any view of the pool or private areas. If any guest tampers with, turns off, or covers the cameras, they will be asked to leave the property and no refund will be issued.

Please understand that we do everything we can to ensure there are no mechanical issues with any amenities during your stay. We can't control when equipment/things malfunction or break, If the fireplace, hot tub, washer, dryer, etc. malfunctions or breaks during your stay, notify us immediately and we will handle the issue as quickly as possible. We do not offer refunds for instances such as this, but we will handle the situation professionally and efficiently.

There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet. If pets are included in guest count at time of booking, the fee is already included in your total. If pets are not included in guest count at time of booking then we will request payment through resolution center for pet fee(s).

Fees for heating the pool are not included in total price at time of booking. If guest wants pool heated we will request the fee amount after booking.
