The host was incredibly responsive. The home had many things to keep children occupied. We had 12 people stay and 6 of those were children. I would recommend having fewer people. While people can sleep on the couch and pull out bed, it was not ideal.

The house is not as large as the pictures make the rooms look. The bedrooms are extremely small. It would not be large enough for the 12 people that it states on the description. We also had an issue with the basketball hoop. The owner is stating that we damaged it and is trying to charge me 300. The owner stated to my son that he knew there was an issue with the pole. Evidently it wasn't a big enough problem to fix it but big enough to want me too. Be careful of the 300 basketball hoop charge if you stay here.

All the outside activities & heated pool was amazing & a big hit for my family! The host responded pretty quickly any time I had messaged them. The pool robot vacuum wasn’t working fully(I was told after messaging about it that it had a broken leg part on it so it couldn’t move around properly) The pool however was still clean with just a couple leaves, which is to be expected with wind. My family had a great time here.

Pool with fence around it & view of the yard activities. There is lounge couch area with umbrella, swing set, mini golf, basketball court, large chess set, ping pong table, & pool basketball hoop.
Basketball court & mini golf
the holes for the golf ball to go into are a little risen so it makes it more difficult to get the balls in but we still played & had fun.

Host was great! Great communication! I would recommend updating the photos of the outdoor area as we were a little disappointed that the gazebo was no longer a permanent structure and just the umbrella. House was great. Our kids loved the pool, basketball hoop, and chess game (even though we just played checkers ). Overall very happy with the house.

it was challenging. Also, bathroom door has no lock?!?!?. I saw a few occupants before my visit mention the bathroom lock and it still not fixed
? Chest set looks way bigger in the pictures and patioCushions worn out but overall we had a good time.

There are two thing that I saw was missing having Cleaning products to ensure if any messes were made they were already there to clean with. Also having additional toilet paper and paper towels, if someone is staying more than a day or so, with a large party, what was left in the property is not enough.

The house was very nicely furnished and met our expectations. We stayed for two nights, so didn't see much of the neighborhood but what we did was nice. Plenty of shopping nearby and not too far to the beach and the Everglades.

Best place to stay!

I had an amazing stay—everything was above my expectations! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. One thoughtful detail I really appreciated was the blender—perfect for making smoothies during my stay! The hosts clearly went above and beyond to make sure guests feel at home. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to return!

Please put a lock on the main bathroom door

Property is as described. Would be nice to have some extra paper towels and toilet paper, as we had to go buy more. Also, a lock on the main bathroom door would be nice too. Other than that, we had a good experience.

Kind of a mixed bag experience

Overall property was nice. We spent 7 days.CONS Furniture was not very comfortable inside or outside (cheap.) Plumbing in master bathroom was leaking like crazy and was not repaired during our visit. At least 3 security cameras were present that were not disclosed to us in listing, informational binder, or postings at the property. Two of the cameras record the backyard including pool, which made us quite uncomfortable every time the blue light turned on above the camera. Backboard for basketball was broken. We were told on Tuesday night it would be fixed Thurs/Fri, as of checkout on the following Tuesday morning it remained broken. Dryer hose was not connected to wall, picture sent to owner without it being addressed during our stay. Neighborhood is not the greatest, but isn't terrible either. Posted pics have a filter that makes some things appear larger than they really are in the backyard.PROSProperty was clean, backyard was in good shape and spacious. Pool was much larger than anticipated and was the best part of the home for us. Pool temp was always great. House temp was always comfortable and easy to adjust. Neighborhood is quiet, not much traffic, and there is a gas station one block away. Easy travel to shopping, groceries, entertainment, and many restaurants.If owner tweaked a few things, property is 9/10. If nothing is fixed or changed, 7.5/10.

Great entertainment for kids

Overall it is a great place to stay with kids. There is lots of entertainment and things to do. Unfortunately we didn’t find it very clean, neither the house, nor the garden, nor the pool. The neighborhood is very quiet, which we appreciated a lot, but it’s probably not the best neighborhood in Miami. It felt everything in the house was cheap (shower, furniture, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, curtains etc), but it is ok, however not really a high standard property. The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful when needed.

Great place to attend Carnival

This was the perfect stay for 7 adults attending Miami Carnival. We enjoyed our stay and enough room but would've loved 1 more bathroom but it didn't mess up our stay. We enjoyed the pool and outside lounging area and would definitely stay again.
