Abordable 3 chambres! Les Outer Banks sont magnifiques en automne et en hiver!

Emplacement merveilleux au coeur des Outer Banks. Situé à Milepost 6. À distance de marche des magasins, restaurants et un excellent café! La maison a 10 ans et a été entièrement refaite par moi quand je l'ai acheté en 2011. J'ai mis tous les nouveaux appareils de cuisine et planchers partout. En 2016, j'ai fait installer un système de climatisation entièrement nouveau. En 2017, j'ai remplacé tous les matelas. en 2019, j'ai remplacé tous les tapis dans les chambres (c'est plus doux maintenant, pieds nus!)

Ma famille et moi l'utilisons beaucoup hors saison et la maison est entièrement réservée pour les étés, elle a donc tout ce que je sais que vous voulez! The Lazy Susan est situé à Kill Devil Hills, Caroline du Nord au Mile Post 6 sur le côté ouest (Sound). 3 pâtés de maisons de The Front Porch-le meilleur café dans l'OBX.

La maison dispose de 3 chambres-2 lits queen, 2 lits simples et 2 salles de bain complètes avec baignoires qui ont toutes été entièrement redécorées. Les ventilateurs de plafond et les nouveaux luminaires partout. Écran plat dans la grande salle. Des écrans plats dans toutes les chambres. Grande terrasse au deuxième niveau. Gril à gaz. Internet sans fil gratuit. Nouvelle douche extérieure en 2012. Maison parfaite pour les couples, les familles ou les petits groupes. C'est un Beach Box (sur pilotis) donc il y a des escaliers pour se rendre au salon. La maison est accueillante pour les animaux domestiques mais il n'y a pas de cour clôturée, donc vous devrez les promener.

This house was amazing!! Susan was a fantastic host. Everything was clean and ready for us. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large. A great place for a nice long NCAA tournament weekend. We would love to return!!

A great place to stay. Susan’s instructions were clear and concise. She made herself and her house manager available at anytime. It is the cutest house! Well equipped kitchen. Great location. Easy to get to anything you may want or need. The Avalon pier is just across 158. There is a wonderful park in the neighborhood for children and pets to romp. Sunsets are spectacular on the sound side at the nearby boat launch. My only regret is the weather was not good so we didn’t get to enjoy the deck, hammock and the outdoor shower. I would definitely stay here again. PS - We loved your artwork on the wall. Thanks again!

Our family enjoyed our stay here over spring break. This was our first time to the Outer Banks and the location was great. We felt like we were close to the things we wanted to see and do while being able to stay in a neighborhood that was nice and quiet. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed. It was a nice home away from home. Also, the host was very responsive.One thing that I'd point out is that while the property is walking distance to the beach, you have to cross a busy highway to get there without a light or crosswalk. After one mad dash across the highway, we chose to drive to the beach the other times. However, it is a nice and easy walk to the bay in the other direction.

This picture above is of me on the front porch of the house. I originally grew up in NJ, came to DC for college in 1985 and lived in the DC area until 2022 when I moved to Florida. I got married 4/18/15. Which means Bill and I combined 2 houses and The Lazy Susan 'inherited' a lot of extra furniture and kitchen stuff. We had a new addition to the family in 6/16 when my step-daughter got a puppy! Peaches says the house is very dog friendly! Then in June 2020 we fostered a dog because we were working from home and adopted her-Luisa loves it here!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I have been vacationing in the OBX since 1994. Every year I came down more. I finally bought this house in 2011 that I am renting out part of the summer and using it for my family. I love the neighborhood. Its quiet with lots of running and biking trails. I can walk or drive to the beach and the whole world is within 2 miles!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Prior to me the house was owned by an artist (painter). There are many custom touches including a large mural of a tropical fish. The bedrooms are custom painted as is the ceiling of the car port.

I recommend everybody takes long walks along Bay Drive and watch the sunsets from the piers.
