Good Land Acres, Newly built - Minutes from the Ark

This newly built 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2400 sq ft home awaiting your arrival. Located 7 miles from the Ark also centrally located between Cincinnati and Lexington. Visiting nearby the creation museum, catching a Cincinnati Reds game or Cincinnati Bengals game depending on the season or hitting the bourbon trail. There is something for everyone to do. Peaceful country setting and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the covered patio for grilling up a meal or just simply relaxing by the added addition of the fireplace. There is plenty of room for friends and family to enjoy!

Guest will have access to the entire house except the garage. On the main floor along with the fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs. Keurig, blender, cooking basics, crock-pot, toaster, and air fryer. There is 1 bedroom, king bed and a full bathroom, tiled shower, soaking tub. The 2nd floor offers 2 more bedrooms, 1 queen bed and the other 2 full beds, combined with a full jack and jill bathroom. 8’ pool table. 5 smart TVs with YouTube TV and WiFi available. All new appliances are available for use including washer and dryer.

Just as described. Beautiful home, well appointed, clean! There were only two of us, but we enjoyed the open spaciousness of this home. We mentioned to each other that a family would really appreciate the layout of both the home and large outdoor space. We also much enjoyed the outdoor seating area with the propane fire pit.A wonderful stay!

A Perfect Getaway

Some of my friends and I stayed here together and this place was just awesome. It’s tucked off the main road, is really peaceful, has beautiful views, and was incredibly comfortable and clean. The layout of the home is very simple and rustic. The high vaulted ceilings were really cool. The beds were all very comfortable. It was very private. We had a really good time staying here!

Gem close the The Ark Encounter

This property is like staying at your own private spa. We picked this property because of its proximity to the Ark Encounter and it did NOT disappoint. I would highly recommend. The home, property, amenities, and host were all exceptional. Thanks Chase for hosting our girls trip!

Didn't End Up Staying

We ended up paying to stay somewhere else after having a frightening encounter with a neighbor. The owner attempted to make us feel comfortable about staying there but we had our kids with us and we didn't want to take any chances.

Felt like home

I called Chase to let him know we’d be checking in after 9. He thanked me and turned the lights on for us. The house felt brand new, welcoming and safe. The beds were comfortable. My mom and I had a quick getaway to the Ark Encounter. I wanted her to enjoy the master suite and I was blessed with going to sleep by the rain hitting the metal roof upstairs. The kitchen had everything you could imagine and the sectional sofa causes naps! If you are coming to Kentucky, you’d be cheating yourself if you do not stay here!

Clean with a great location!

This home was the cleanest that we have stayed in through Vrbo. The location provided a central spot to all of our Kentucky activities (Ark, Creation museum, Red river gorge kayaking (1.5 hours-do able)and hiking the Natural bridge state park. The porch provided the perfect spot for family conversations. Would stay again.

Family Vacation and Oma's 76th Birthday Celebration

This lovely home is just as pictured and sits on a beautiful piece of property in an excellent location. Loved sitting under the covered porch in the early mornings, watching the sun come up, then again in the evenings relaxing after a day of site-seeing. We even saw some deer. It is close to Walmart and several restaurants. We visited the Ark Encounter, the Creation Museum, Buffalo Trace Distillery, and even ventured to Louisville to see the Kentucky Derby Museum/Churchill Downs. Chase was a wonderful host. Loved it!

Outstanding experience

My large family was attending a funeral. We are all from elsewhere and rented multiple VRBO’s while there. The Good House was the best and most suited our needs of gathering together during a difficult time. Beautiful property meeting all of our needs. Well-maintained accommodations. Host was responsive and professional. Likely we will visit again in the future!

Family Trip for Daughters Graduation in Cincy!

Good Land Acres was just as pictured! There were 6 of us adults and it was very spacious, plenty of room for everyone. The home came with everything you need for your stay and the beds were just as comfortable as ours in our home. The Good Land was very close to everything we had planned as it is located just off I-75. The only thing that could have made the trip better would be a fire pit outside. We would definitely mark it as a stay again when we are in Kentucky! Chase was very responsive when the internet became disconnected. Thank you again for letting us stay in your home it is beautiful.

Beautiful property!

Simply amazing home for our large family getting away for spring break. Close enough to all amenities, but far enough out that it felt like the country. The home itself was pristine -- my kids kept saying, "we want to LIVE here!" We loved grilling pancakes on the porch and drinking coffee there in the mornings. Our boys loved the pool table! Don't miss the reclining sectional that's big enough for your whole family! We will be back next time we come this way!
