We have everything your family needs for a month or a long weekend visiting the awe-inspiring ARK Encounter. We are a pet/smoke/vape free property.

We enjoyed our stay, the house was clean, beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pans and utensils and we were happy there was good amount of baby items. Travis was very helpful and responded promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Our group of 11 (4 adults, 7 kids) had a great stay at the "Ark Encounter Oasis." It was clean and had everything we needed; comfortable furnishings, kitchen essentials, extra blankets. The kids loved playing in the garage/game room. The location is convenient for visiting the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum, and it's close to Walmart and other shops/ restaurants. The only thing we didn't care for was the steep driveway. But, we just parked as close to the top/sidewalk as possible, and it didn't effect our stay other than helping us realize we have a parking brake that sticks. 5 out of 5 stars-- Would stay here again!

Overall the home has a very nice set up with the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, the kitchen table comfortably sat all 7 of us. It’s about 10 minutes from the Arc Encounter. All of us being together for my mother in law’s 86th birthday was the gift that we needed for this trip and this location fit the bill. Thank you for providing that for us.

Great House for a Small Youth Group!

The location in a great neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Most houses in the area are 3 bedroom, this one being 4 beds and 3 baths really caught my eye. We think Dry Ridge has a lot to offer someone coming to our area with just the right amount of convenience and closeness to everything.
