Spacious Rental with Great Location

We enjoyed our two night stay at this well maintained property. Very close to the resort, easy shuttle access. Would stay here again 100%.

Great location

Nice condo. Good size and very comfortable. Was only a 10 minute walk on a trail to the gondola which was fantastic. Didn't have to wait on buses to arrive.

Do not stay here

Do not stay at this property. I have been renting a lot from vrbo and never have I ever stayed in a property as dirty and unkept as this. This property is dated as you can see from the photos but there is dated and clean. I’m willing to stay in dated but this was dirty and very dated. Sheets were not changed It was dirty upon arrival. There was mold in bathroom, broken screens on the windows. I can go on and have pictures. We were only there 2 nights and didn’t discover the dirty sheets till bedtime. I then contacted cleaning and they had someone drop a bag of sheets at 11p. I then called the office in the morning and they had someone come clean. But charged me. After I got home I called management. Explained everything. They refunded the cleaning but claimed they didn’t know we were coming. I sent them the confirmation and Tod them I stopped at the office they gave me the keys so they knew we were coming. They then mentioned they’d talk to management about a partial refund. No partial refund. I then said it was unacceptable and they sent me another standard sorry and office response. I am willing to stay in dated. I am not willing to stay in dirty dated. The paint is 50 years old. The couch is white leather, but it’s brown leather and is very very worn. There were no clean sheets in any of the closets mold in the shower it was very gross. I felt that they really didn’t care and they were just following procedure with my complaints. Don’t rent here or from Retreatia

Cleanliness and clear communication are top priorities for us, and it's unacceptable that the unit was not properly prepared before your arrival. The issues you described—unclean sheets, mold in the bathroom, broken window screens, and outdated, worn furnishings—should never be part of a guest’s experience. We understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive to such conditions, especially after a long day of travel. We're also sorry for the confusion regarding your reservation and the way your concerns were addressed. While we're glad a cleaning was eventually arranged and the cleaning fee refunded, we understand that this response felt procedural and impersonal, rather than empathetic or solution-focused. Please know that your feedback is being escalated to our leadership team for further review. It's important to us that every guest feels valued and respected, and we take these situations seriously as we continue to improve. We sincerely appreciate you sharing this and giving us the opportunity to do better. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused during your trip.
