Located in a neighborhood right next to the bay, and 5.5 miles from the Beach, this oasis presents everything you desire while on vacation, SPA & POOL surrounded by lush synthetic turf surrounded by swaying palm trees, spacious living areas, fully stocked kitchen. We designed this home to be the ultimate family destination for your vacation getaway!
Pool ($40/night for heat). Pool heater is set to 85°F. Please note that Pool Heaters can only increase pool tempature by 20-25°F above outdoor tempatures. During cooler months, 85°F is not guaranteed.
2 Spas:
The above-ground spa has a cover and stays hot and ready. In the instance it isnt hot, a previous guest likely switched a setting and we can switch it back.
The InGround Spa usually takes about 30 minutes to heat in the warmer months. It can take longer in the colder months. But guests can simply wait for it to heat up while using the above-ground spa!

**This home has a pool water pump located on one side of the pool, resting on the tile with a hose attached. The pump is in place to help maintain proper water levels at all times.Guests should watch their step on that narrow side of the pool, but all seating and activities are located on the opposite side, and the backyard is fully accessible without needing to walk there.

FINES & FEES:
CLEANING FEE: Guests are still paying the same total as beforeâpreviously $350 plus Airbnbâs 15% guest fee (totaling to $400). Airbnb has now reduced the guest service fee to 0%, and instead charges hosts a 15.5% fee. The cleaning fee is now $400 to offset this change, allowing us to pay our cleaners the full amount under the new fee structure. But the cleaning fee cost to the guest is exactly the same as it did before.
POOL HEAT: $40/night
EXTRA GUESTS: $28/night + TAX per EXTRA guest. ALL GUESTS over 12 guests are considered âEXTRAâ. NO more than 16 guests/visitors are permitted on the property anytime.
