We designed this home to be the ultimate family destination for your vacation getaway!

Pool ($40/night for heat). Pool heater is set to 85°F. Please note that Pool Heaters can only increase pool tempature by 20-25°F above outdoor tempatures. During cooler months, 85°F is not guaranteed.

2 Spas:
The above-ground spa has a cover and stays hot and ready. In the instance it isnt hot, a previous guest likely switched a setting and we can switch it back.

The InGround Spa usually takes about 30 minutes to heat in the warmer months. It can take longer in the colder months. But guests can simply wait for it to heat up while using the above-ground spa!

🍖Grill. The grates of the gril (where you cook on) is cleaned after every stay. The exterior of the grill is difficult to clean and time consuming to do so. Regardless how the exterior looks, the grate where you cook your food is clean. We do not provide tank refills. Guests must refill the tank if the grill is out of propane.

🗑️TRASH & RECYCLE🔁
- TRASH is every Tuesday at 6am. We appreciate it if you take out the trash to the curb before leaving.
- RECYCLING is on Tuesday.

LAWN SERVICE:
- Scheduled for the 1st and 3rd weeks of each month, with exact days and times varying based on contractors’ availability

*Driveway parking only. Room for 4-5 cars. No Street Parking Available. The road in front can be busy at times.

Other Things to Note:
**This home has a pool water pump located on one side of the pool, resting on the tile with a hose attached. The pump is in place to help maintain proper water levels at all times.Guests should watch their step on that narrow side of the pool, but all seating and activities are located on the opposite side, and the backyard is fully accessible without needing to walk there.

NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE OUTSIDE: We want everyone to have fun but this is a very quite peaceful neighborhood. Please be respectful!
QUIET HOURS: 10PM-8AM. (We just ask to please keep noise at reasonable levels to respect our neighbors).
GRILL: We do not provide tank refills. Guests must refill the tank if the grill wants to be used.

Driveway Parking ONLY: There is room for 4-5 cars. *The county is currently doing construction on the main road in front of this home as of July 29th 2025
NO Parking on the Turf. GUESTS ARE LIABLE FOR DAMAGE DONE TO TURF. Turf is NOT grass. Parking considerable weight on turf can damage it!
NO parking on the street
NO TRAILERS parked on Turf or Street. If a trailer is brought, it must be parked in the driveway. Please communicate with Host if you will have ample room!

FINES & FEES:
CLEANING FEE: Guests are still paying the same total as before—previously $350 plus Airbnb’s 15% guest fee (totaling to $400). Airbnb has now reduced the guest service fee to 0%, and instead charges hosts a 15.5% fee. The cleaning fee is now $400 to offset this change, allowing us to pay our cleaners the full amount under the new fee structure. But the cleaning fee cost to the guest is exactly the same as it did before.
POOL HEAT: $40/night
EXTRA GUESTS: $28/night + TAX per EXTRA guest. ALL GUESTS over 12 guests are considered “EXTRA”. NO more than 16 guests/visitors are permitted on the property anytime.
UNREGISTERED GUESTS / VISATORS: $50/Night +TAX
LATE CHECKOUT: $200 Between 10:00-11:00. From 11:00-12:00: $500. After 12:00, its equal to Half of the arriving guest’s reservation. Please be aware we are unable to offer late checkouts due to our cleaners’ schedules and booked calendars.
PET FEE: $230+TAX. 1 Small Dog under 30lb is allowed ONLY WITH APPROVAL of Host.
UNDOCUMENTED PET: $300+TAX per pet

*There is a Ring Floodlight in front of the garage faced towards the road in front of the house(main entrance), and a Ring Camera at the back gate pointing towards the street behind the house. Another Ring Camera on the front door. There is another camera above the above-ground spa in the backyard. These are for the protection of the house and for liability reasons. There are no other cameras
