Check-in, cleanliness, and overall niceness of the condo were exceptional. We have stay in 5 of these condos at Vista Cay over the years, and this was the nicest one!

Great property! Very clean, easy check-in, close to Epic Universe. So nice to have enough space for a small group, and a beautiful kitchen for a quick breakfast before leaving for the day. We were able to go for a swim in the pool one evening, which seemed to be heated and very comfortable temperature. We would definitely stay here again!

Vista Cay is in a great location and in a quieter part of Orlando. The condo was perfect for our large family of 7 adults and provided plenty of private space while offering one large space for everyone. It was also really close to the pool. We would recommend this location and specific condo for anyone looking for this kind of space and amenities.

Property met our needs perfectly, clean and spacious first floor corner unit. Many details that did not go unnoticed such as high-end kitchen and laundry appliances, and more, ceiling fans in the bedrooms (a must for Florida) and had all starter supplies needed for kitchen and bath. Host is top-notch, highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay

Have stayed at Vista cay many times. This is one of the best units we have stayed at there. Love the layout and space. Check in process was super easy.

Great place, well kept, very fancy. We stay at this development every year, this is by far the nicest unit we havebstayed in. Lots of space for me and the 6bkids!

Perfect Place

Beautiful place to stay! We had 3 different families and we utilized all four bedrooms. The condo was very neat and clean. It was easy to find and the location was perfect for visiting popular tourist attractions.

Modern and Convenient

Great space very clean. We had a hair show at the convention center so we were very close to that and easy access to International drive. The condo was comfortable beautiful and very clean. We did hang out at the pool and that was great also. Highly recommend.

A place to relax and gather

Although we were there for work, and gone on most days from 6am til the evening, the condo was beautiful and truly made us want to gather and hang out there for much longer than we had time to do. Enjoyed it completely.

Poor check in.

Place was clean and worked out well with our family. Great location. Unfotunalty on arrival the key code didn’t work and had to wait around over an hour and a half.

Amazing place to stay in Orlando

Right when we walked in we were amazed with how nice the place was. It looked even better than the pictures. Parking was easy too. The rooms and bathrooms were nice, the on site gym was pretty good as well. The only minor complaint was that the pool/hot tub closed 10:30, so we were not able to use it as much as we hoped to, but that is pretty understandable. Overall I would recommend this vrbo and I would stay again.

Great Unit, Excellent Location!

Unit was exactly as pictured. Loved the number of beds this unit provided allowing for comfort for everyone in our party. Excellent location right near the basketball court, playground and a very short walk to the main pool. The condo is a very short distance to great restaurants, grocery and multiple entertainment options in Orlando. All of the furnishings in the unit are newer and the unit was very clean. My only recommendation is that the owner review what is provided in the kitchen and provide guests with a few more supplies like measuring cups, bowls w lids, pizza cutter, etc.

Perfect!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and shared the unit with family and friends. Seven total. There was plenty of space for all. Location was great. Just a short drive to the convention center. New pool was BEAUTIFUL. Enjoyed it every morning before volleyball play began in the afternoon.Publix is a 3 mins drive down the street.Communication with the host was GREAT!I would suggest just a few things for the unit itself- a few more kitchen items, (pizza cutter, can opener)- mirrors in the bedrooms- hook son back of the bedroom doors We will be back!

Perfect Vista Cay condo

We had a fabulous visit to Orlando for a swim meet staying in this condo. We previously stayed in other units at Vista Cay and this unit is by far the best we have stayed in. The unit is very modern, well furnished, well maintained, and clean. The furniture and beds are well designed and comfortable. Linens are nice. Plenty of bath and beach towels are supplied which was much appreciated as not all units at Vista Cay supply adequate towels. Everyone in our group had their own space with the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The long desk area in the kitchen was fabulous for getting in some remote work. And the patio is great for reading, dining, or relaxing with a drink. We had no issues with noise, the unit was quiet even when groups were playing basketball across the parking lot. Vista Cay's amenities are great and the location convenient to the convention center and area attractions. Alex communicates well and is responsive to questions. We will definitely stay again when we are in the Orlando area!

Not as Advertised

We have rented from this owner for several year and were extremely disappointed with this experience. We spent thousands on this rental. We informed the owner that there were renovations upstairs, and that there was loud banging all day which was creating a very unpleasant and uncomfortable stay. We did not receive a response for 2 days. No offers to compensate us for the rental being not as advertised and complete indifference. We also were not even given the code until about 2 hours before we arrived. I have a feeling that if we had not kept asking they would not have been sent. Its a shame that money is more important than a repeat customer. Lesson learned.
