L'aménagement spacieux de 2100 pc comprend 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain, une taniÚre avec bureau et un canapé-lit queen-size.

Le salon et salle à manger décloisonné peut accueillir 6 plus 3 au bar. Notre condo peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes.

Le salon donne sur la piscine et le lac avec une télévision de 55 pouces, un DVD et un cùble premium. Le cuisinier peut discuter avec ses invités tout en préparant une collation rapide ou un repas gastronomique dans notre cuisine haut de gamme entiÚrement équipée.
Un grand balcon meublé est l'endroit idéal pour prendre un café le matin ou une boisson fraßche aprÚs une longue journée dans les parcs.

Toutes les chambres ont un surmatelas, des draps de qualité supérieure, une télévision à écran plat de 37 pouces avec chaßnes premium et des ventilateurs de plafond.
La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, une immense salle de bains privative avec sa vanité, une grande baignoire, une grande douche à l'italienne et des toilettes privatives.
La deuxiĂšme chambre a un lit King size et 1 lit double et 1 twin dans la troisiĂšme chambre. Il y a aussi une salle de bain complĂšte et familiale.

This unit was great on the third floor very spacious and comfortable. Had a nice balcony overlooking the lake with some nice patio furniture to relax after a long day at a tradeshow.Would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing complex and condo; concerning communication issues with property manager

The condo complex and unit were impeccably maintained—absolutely pristine. It’s an easy five stars for the property overall. The unit was thoughtfully designed and featured a lovely deck with plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the serene lake view. The complex was very quiet and peaceful, creating a calm and enjoyable stay.However, I felt misled about the pool’s proximity. When booking, I specifically asked if the unit was close to the pool and was assured it was. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the pool was under construction. The alternative pool, while beautiful, required driving or taking a shuttle to access. This wasn’t ideal after long days in Orlando and took around seven minutes or more, including crossing main streets.Additionally, the property manager didn’t adequately address my concerns. I believe they could have offered to move us to another unit, given the miscommunication. My inquiry was direct, so the issue wasn’t on my end—it was that the pool was closed, a detail that should have been shared upfront. Even if the pool construction was listed (which I did not see in the original listing), when I asked directly, that information should have been shared.To add to the frustration, the dryer was missing knobs and unusable. I reached out to the property manager about this but received no response, which was disappointing.While the property itself was lovely, clearer communication and more proactive management would have greatly improved the experience.

Great unit and location

The rental was fantastic. Very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The location was easy to get to and the surrounding area had everything needed to stock up for our stay. This unit in Vista Cay was very close to the pool area. The pool area was very nice with an abundance of seating options and a DJ was there on Saturday to provide entertainment. The pool bar was well staffed and had a fully compliment of beverages available for purchase. Overall a great stay!

Great location and plenty of room for all

We were staying with a family of 4, and with three full bedrooms in different areas of the property we had plenty of room. We were close to everything we wanted; the parks, airport, even Gatorland. We were able to cook, play games, and watch what we each wanted in different spaces when the weather was rough. Only downsides were the broken hot tub (with conflicting reports on what was wrong and when it would be fixed), and a kitchen with some standard appointments missing like a broiler pan, baking dishes, and only 2 wine glasses. None of this would keep us from staying there again.

Great Place to Stay

This property is a fantastic place to stay for an Orlando trip and is accurately advertised. My family and three children (13, 10, and 7), visited Orlando in October. We were visiting both Universal, Lego Land and Sea World so we elected not to stay on any specific theme park property. It's only about an 8 minute drive to either Universal or Sea World. We also made it to Disney Springs, which was only about 15 minutes. The condo itself is very clean and the pictures are accurate. It's less than a minute walk to the pool, which is fantastic. Overall, a great place to stay for an Orlando vacation.

Nice stay close to Universal

A really nice location near Universal. The community pool was nice and it had a nice view of the lake. The rooms are updated and it was very clean. Will definitely stay again.

Great location

Our travel plans changed so I requested an earlier check in and was able to get in. Condo was very clean and welcoming when arrived. We had everything we needed to start our stay and only had to run and get a few things. Location near the lake and pool was perfect! We even saw the Falcon Rocket launch from our patio one evening. Also saw ducks, beautiful cranes and an alligator while enjoying the patio. UBERS were plentiful and location was not far from the locations we visited, including Universal, convention center, ICON park and airport.

Perfect for us

The place was nice. Great location for access to our event. Accommodations were comfortable. There was a significant amount of noice from the unit above for a couple of the nights and some construction noise a few days. But overall the place met our family’s needs. One negative for the resort: The pool attendants were overly strict about everything. Might want to warn guests that if they want food or beverages at the pool they should plan on buying them from the resort.
