Belle maison sur un cul-de-Sac

Notre maison est l'endroit idéal pour la famille pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie à la cour plage, piscine, terrain de golf ou de tennis.

Les trois chambres, deux salles de bain maison à 6 Cockle Cour dans la section calme Inverness de Palmetto Dunes Plantation se trouve à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la plage (environ 1/4 mile) et les nombreux équipements de la plantation. Hors de la salle à manger est une spacieuse salle à manger formelle qui peut accueillir huit personnes confortablement. Cette chambre ouvre sur la salle Carolina, qui dispose de mur à mur fenêtres, un canapé-lit, bar, et une vue sur la piscine. La piscine a été amélioré avec travertin carrelage autour de la cour, grand espace pour recevoir et griller ou assis dans le jacuzzi et profiter du soleil! (Il y a une charge supplémentaire pour le chauffage de la piscine et un bain à remous.) (700 $ / par semaine ou 100 $ par jour minimum / 3 jours)

Les trois chambres de nos longs home lits king-size, et la suite de maître dispose d'un lecteur TV / DVD en plus d'une belle salle de bains principale avec deux lavabos sur pied, une armoire supérieure en granit et une grande promenade dans la douche à vapeur avec deux pommes de douche. Les deux autres chambres sont situées sur le côté opposé de la maison et de partager un bain qui a deux lavabos, douche et baignoire. Les deux chambres d'hôtes sont acteurs de la télévision à écran plat et DVD .. Notre maison est l'endroit idéal pour ceux qui veulent sortir de tout cela, et vraiment avoir des vacances Basse Pays de détente!

We had a good time at your property as usual. The only complaint i have is, there were a lot of ants on the kitchen counter. We were killing them everyday. But, all in all we will return. Thank you.

Craig, I am sorry to hear you had a problem with ants. I know when there is a lot of rain it draws them inside. You could have reached out to Island Getaway or myself and I would have had my exterminator handle the problem. I hope you will reach out sooner whenever a problem occurs at my house.

Great house and location

We have stayed at this house multiple times and always enjoy our stay. The owners ensure the home is clean and have done updates over the years to keep everything comfortable (the new paved path from the front yard to the pool is very nice). Looking forward to visiting again in the future!

Great location and pool

The house is very spacious. Pool is a nice size. It is our 3rd year staying here and already booked for next year. Beach is an easy walk about 4/10 of a mile. Being in Palmetto Dunes is a great location to a lot of shopping and restaurants.

Relaxing Stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. We absolutely love the layout of the house, pool, and proximity to the beach and everything else. We only wished we could have stayed longer. We can’t wait to come back!!

Nice Place

The property met our needs, the owner was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to our questions. I was a bit concerned about the location but once we oriented ourselves it was a short walk to the beach and biking to shopping was easy.

Beautiful home

The house is beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the pool every day. The walk to the beach was pretty easy. The only thing that would have improved our stay would have been an outdoor dining table. We would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended the property

We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the property. The house is much better than portrayed by the pictures. Some minor improvements would enhance our experience but overall those imperfections did not have major impact on the quality of our vacation.

Great size house. Nice size pool. House is very roomy and in a quiet court. This was our second year here and have already booked it for next year. Our host Mary Anne was very helpful and easy to get a hold of.

The house was wonderful! It was spacious and clean. We had 3 adults and 3 children ranging in age from 9, 7 and 2 months old on the trip. We had everything we needed. Pool was cleaned several times throughout the week. We did however decide to drive to the ocean due to the baby and it worked out perfect. It was a 1 minute drive to the ocean. We were able to park easily at the Disney beach club. I would recommend this house. It made for a great week at the ocean with my family.

The Hurricane Scare

Loved the house! Even with the bad weather we enjoyed the house immensely. Quite comfortable-would definitely stay again! Had only a few issues, nothing major, just worth mentioning. The master suite sheets were pilling. And the second bath tub didn’t drain. Also, same bath toilet had to be plunged. Worked fine afterwards but does need more flushing power. We had a lot rain, worried about flooding but the house was enough to still enjoy our vacation. We were able to use the pool a couple times when the rain stopped. The pool could use a newer filter, it didn’t filter well even after pool was cleaned

It was perfect

Our family stayed at this property for 11 days. We love Palmetto Dunes and wanted a home that could give us all ample room (we have three daughters ages 17, 15 & 12), and had a private pool. This house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with all dishes and anything you might need. The sun room was great for morning coffee and quick work emails in the morning. We choose to ride our bikes a little further within the plantation for a less crowded beach, but even then it was maybe a 10 minute bike ride. Then we would come back and rinse off in the OUTSIDE shower which was great before we slipped into the pool to cool off and relax. The steam shower was also great. The only bummer was the dishwasher electrical panel quit on us with 4 days left and wasn't slated to be fixed until the day we left, so we had to hand wash all of our dishes. Not a deal breaker at all. We would definitely rent this home again--it feels like a home, not a rental property.

So much potential...

Where to begin...this property has so much potential. We arrived and the outside appeared as pictured. When we entered, the house appeared to have been empty for awhile. Multiple cobwebs, bugs, dirt, just generally looked like it hadn't been cleaned or occupied in awhile. We contacted the managing company on day one and they said they sent an exterminator out. We were gone in the morning they came, so never saw that. The activity of spiders and appearances of dead bugs did increase by day 4, which I guess is common after spraying. We had two people in our party get stung by wasps at the pool. There was a can of wasp spray already there when we arrived, so I'm guessing we weren't the first to deal with this. Mosquitoes were out of control at night so nighttime swims became infrequent. We had a note that the pool was being cleaned when we arrived one day from the beach and we couldn't go in it for awhile. When we did go out, the hose had been left in the pool and it was extremely full. We were glad to have checked it before going to dinner. The house itself could be great if it was better taken care of. There was about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and it was great having the pool and grill available. Much left to be desired from the space, but we didn't let it dampen our visit. The owners were quick to respond to the few questions we had before our trip.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The pictures in the listing do not accurately visualize the house as it is very large and spacious. We loved the backyard with a pool and enjoyed the pool every day, and it was in very close proximity to forest beach. The check in process was very easy as we did not need to have to stop and get a key or a pass as it was mailed to us before we arrived. The house was not clean when we arrived, but it was cleaned well and we enjoyed time by the pool while waiting to get into the house on our first day. It has everything you need, And we very much loved our stay and will plan to return when possible.

Beautiful home and great location

We had a wonderful time at this house. The pictures do not do it justice- it is a beautiful home, was very clean, comfortable, and more than enough space for our family. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans and utensils, which made it easy for us to stay close to home during our trip as mich as we wanted. The pool is lovely, and the property is an easy 8-10 minute walk to the beach. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
