Everything we hoped it would be and more! From the moment we saw photos and throughout our stay everything about this home put a smile on our faces....the decor, the pool, the neighborhood, the pool :) Clean, comfortable and well appointed. Great communication from booking to departure. We highly recommend Orange Splash.

This was our second time at Orange Splash. The property is absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect! The yard and pool are the best and the house is clean, bright, and very comfortable! Location is great! I would highly recommend this property and I hope to be back for a third time!

We’ve rented many nice homes in this neighborhood for proximity to my parents house and this one stands head and shoulders above the rest. Beautiful, clean, Well appointed home with every need thought out. Easy check in, great communication. Very quiet neighborhood, perfect for my family!

Golden Girls Vacation

Absolutely beautiful property! Full tree of lemons and a pool in the backyard and view of the mountains in the front yard. House is furnished with everything you need to cook, shower, and sleep. Location is perfect! This house is definitely a 5 star rating! Will stay here again!

Family Spring Break Vacation

Cute house in a quiet neighborhood! Great sun exposure near the pool. Convenient location to many tourist sites. Loved the lemon tree and making fresh lemonade. Would definitely stay at this home again.

Just what we needed!

We were keen for some sun and pool fun, but we enjoyed the house just as much. Great layout and the rooms were very comfortable. The main living area and kitchen setup was perfect for us to spend some quality time together as a family.

Fantastic stay

Our family of four stayed at the Orange Splash and had a wonderful experience. The property was new, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed very much the pool area and the fully equipped kitchen. The rental process was smooth and the host was extremely accommodating. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Palm Springs.

We spent the month of March in this home and we loved it. The house is immaculate, the backyard is perfect, the nieghborhood is ideal, amazingly quiet and yet ideally located, close to Smoketree Plaza and Prescott Preserve. We would stay here again in a second.

Manager Daria was attentive and responsive, and the thoughtful welcome of a pound of coffee and a bottle of wine immediately set the tone—clear evidence that the owners truly care about their guests.The home is located in a beautiful, very quiet neighborhood and is exceptionally well-appointed. High-quality kitchen appliances and cookware, excellent bathroom amenities, and comfortable bedroom furnishings made the stay effortless and enjoyable.The outdoor space is a standout feature. The heated pool and fire pit provided a peaceful, relaxing retreat. All four of us enjoyed every minute of our stay, and we would absolutely return and highly recommend this property.

Having stayed at properties all over the country, this is the best one that hit a A++++ on everything a group could want: 5 minutes from the airport. Great neighborhood. Easy to get to the best places in Palm Springs. Backyard with pool is comfy comfy comfy. Better grab this quick if you’re coming to PS!!!

Family Trip

Visit to PS area to visit family. The house was perfect for us. Well appointed, very clean and beautiful. Kids loved the pool! We loved the lemon tree in the backyard, loaded with lemons. Our menu for the week was lemon focused with homemade lemonade, lemon cake, lemon shrimp and lemon garlic chicken. Thanks to Daria and her team for a great vacation and a beautiful home. We would gladly stay here again!

A Palm Springs Gem

Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay at Orange Splash. This is one of the most well appointed and equipped homes I have ever rented. (I have rented many!)It was in an excellent location. Groceries, and parks all in walking distance. Downtown a very short drive away.When I return to Palm Springs, I will be staying at the Orange Splash!The property managers are excellent at relaying the guidelines of staying in Palm Springs. Check in and out was a breeze.

Orange Splash Paradise!

Orange splash is a hidden gem in Palm Springs, my family gave it a perfect 10/10 in every category! The cleanliness was outstanding, with impeccably maintained rooms and pristine amenities. Checking in was seamless, thanks to clear instructions from the host, and communication throughout my stay was prompt and friendly. Let’s talk about location, it’s tucked away in a tranquil neighborhood yet conveniently located to all Palm Springs hot spots within minutes. One highlight was the perfect pool and refreshing backyard, ideal for unwinding. Our family and pet loved it! I can’t wait to stay at Orange Splash again on our next visit to Palm Springs!

Back yard neighbor mimicked barking at my dog. When my dog barked back, he yelled “stop your dog from barking, it’s a $500 fine. Take it out front.” We felt imprisoned in our vacation getaway.

We appreciate your email comments about enjoying the "wonderful home" but so sorry you had an altercation with a neighbor about your dog. This is the first time a guest has complained about a neighbor. We've had other guests with dogs at this property and they have not had your experience. 5 Star+ Property

Look no further, this property has everything you need to make your visit to Palm Springs wonderful. The property is is surrounded by mountains and is within minutes of everything you need or want to do. The beautiful backyard has a pool, lounging chairs, table and chairs, outdoor firepit, bocce ball and bean bag game. The beds are all very comfortable for a good nights sleep after playing all day. The manager of the property was wonderful. I knew everything I needed to know prior to my arrival and when I arrived there was a three ring binder at house to guide me through Palm Springs and everything I needed to know about the property. Look no futher and book this beautiful property for your visit to Palm Springs.

Fabulous home

My girlfriend and I stayed 5 days at the Orange Splash for Palm Springs Modernism week. It was my first visit to Palm Springs and we greatly enjoyed the trip. The trip started off rocky because of a missed flight due to weather delays in the Midwest. We were able to catch a flight to LA and drove to Palm Springs ( would not recommend). I contacted the property manager to advise her of the delay and she advised me the lights would be on whenever we arrived. After a miserable day that started at 4 am in Chicago… pulling up to the home and seeing the house erased all the negativity of the day. We could only say “wow” when we entered the house at midnight ( note that a thoughtful bag of coffee was left for us so we could have coffee when we woke up). The pictures do not do the house justice. It is adorable! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, but since we were on vacation… we were all about dining out. We loved the vibe and only wish we would have more time to enjoy the house ( e..g. We booked several tours while we in town for the Modernism event). The pool is lovely and the outside fire pit was perfect to sit and catch up with family by phone after a long day. I still can’t believe there was a beautiful lemon tree in the back yard. I am hopeful that we make the trip again so we can enjoy the house and the neighborhood ( very quiet).
