Experience 'Beachy Bliss' during your next trip to Panama City Beach! YES -- this property is located RIGHT ON THE BEACH! You'll have breathtaking, unobstructed views of the emerald gulf waters, sunrise, and sunset and you are so close you can hear the waves from the private balcony (which also provides a nice overlook of the East pool). Because we're located on the exterior-facing/right side of the East tower, your balcony is more private - no looking directly into neighboring, West tower Sunbird balconies, which is SO nice. Soft, sugar-white sand is steps away. Why wait? Escape awhile, make memories, feel the gulf breeze, taste the salty air, & let the sound of emerald waves relax your mind & soothe your soul.

This cozy, beachfront, 1bedrm/1bath Sunbird condo is well-appointed & provides accommodations for 4. This 609 sq. ft. unit is perfect for a small family or couple's relaxing getaway. A comfortable queen bed in the bedroom sleeps two (2) guests. A queen sleeper sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress in the living room will also sleep two (2) guests. Finally, a twin chair sleeper, also with upgraded foam mattress, in the living room will comfortably sleep one (1) person. The Sunbird Beach Resort is a smaller, low rise, gated property containing 288 condo units total, equally divided into 144 units in the East tower, and 144 units in the West tower. We offer a family friendly environment. 24/7 security is located on the property. The maximum occupancy is four (4) guests.

On the ground level of the property, you'll find:
* luggage carts near the elevators to help you easily transport your belongings to/from the unit. (We just ask that you return them to this location once you've loaded or unloaded your things so others can use them.)
* 3 swimming pools: the East pool, the Center (main) pool and the West pool, which is heated during the colder winter months
* a shared grilling area with charcoal grill and picnic table
* a pay-per-use laundry room with washers and dryers (located directly across from the elevators, no coins are needed/debit or credit cards are accepted.)
* a fitness room (small building located in the West parking lot near Pineapple Willy's)
* a designated smoking area (smoking & vaping is not allowed within our unit)

Two elevators are available in the East tower and will quickly transport you to/from the ground floor to your beachy retreat. (No long waits due to slow elevator service, which is a wonderful benefit of being a smaller property - especially during busier summer months!)

Our unit, Beachy Bliss, is located in the East Tower, on the 5th floor.
Once you enter the door code provided to you (electronic keypad, so no keys needed!), you'll enter into the condo unit and immediately be greeted by the awe-inspiring gulf view that impresses me each and every time. To your left is the bedroom, which contains a queen bed and smart tv so you can watch your favorite shows on your subscription services (Netflix, Hulu, etc.). All sheets, bedding and pillows are provided for you.

A door in the bedroom leads to a freshly renovated bathroom, complete with a soothing rain showerhead in the shower/bath combo and single sink vanity. A starter kit of amenities, including toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face bar soap and a bath bar soap has been provided for you. Bath towels, wash cloths (and makeup removal washcloth) and a bathmat is provided for your use during your stay.

As you leave the bed & bath area you'll find the galley-style kitchen. She's small, but mighty! You'll find the kitchen to be well-equipped and fully functional with the dishes, utensils, pots and pans and anything else you'll need to prepare meals along with some extras like: a blender, toaster, crockpot and Keurig coffee machine with a few k-cups, creamer, sugar, and sweetener packs to get you started. We also start you off with starter amenities like paper towels and dish soap. If you don't feel like cooking, don't worry! It's a very short walk through our pedestrian gate to dine at the very popular Pineapple Willy's restaurant and bar. It's located right next door!

Since the Sunbird is centrally located, there are numerous other restaurants and attractions located nearby -- many within walking distance! This includes Ripley's Believe it or Not, Wonderworks, Zoo World, amusement attractions, go-carts, waterparks, miniature golf, and Signal Hill golf course (18 holes for the more serious golfers), just to name a few!

The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and twin sofa chair. Both offering you comfortable seating to enjoy family games, movie night, or just good conversation. There are some game options provided for your enjoyment (UNO, Phase 10, etc.), along with a book library in case you forgot to bring a good beach read. Bedding and pillows for both sleepers is provided and located inside the storage coffee table.

A 4-person table is located right by the windows so you can enjoy meals and games with a view. It also provides a great work location for remote workers, along with the high-speed internet that is provided to you during your stay.

AGE REQUIREMENT to Rent: at least one (1) person 25 years old is required to book and must be present during the entire duration of your reserved stay.

Once you arrive, our condo association charges the following resort fees (cash only, paid on-site upon arrival):
$5 wristbands: to be worn at all times while on the property for all individuals age 12 and over and must be purchased upon arrival.
$30 one-time parking fee: to be purchased upon arrival and will be good for your entire stay. Please note: during peak season, only one vehicle per unit is allowed.
