Stay at one of the newest buildings in the Marina. Peaceful and serene you will enjoy every minute of your stay in Nautico. Being on the 9th floor in a corner unit gives you wrap-around views of the marina and the ocean. Wake up every day to the sunrise and rest each night to the sunset. Nautico has many amenities including a rooftop pool and lounge, hot tubs, exercise room, and free parking. Centrally located in the marina allowing you access to all the marina has to offer within a short walk.

The Positives:-Great views from balcony for morning coffees ( shaded )-Great views from balcony for sunsets / evening -Clean unit and good location -Amazing rooftop area / pool ( but no jacuzzi )-Dishwasher and Washer / Dryer ( Dryer takes forever )The Negatives:-Horrible mattresses are very firm and uncomfortable -Bathroom by kitchen always smells like sewage ( need to keep fan on 24/7 and even then
.)-Dryer takes over 2 hours to dry 4 towels -Little space on bathroom counters for toiletries

Great location.

The views are spectacular. The towels needed a thorough wash. We had to get salt, pepper and cooking oil. The coffee maker's pitcher was broken was broken.

Nautico

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this Nautico condo. The condo itself has a beautiful view and everything you need. We had a few questions and the host was quick to get back to us. The condo is situated right in the Marina with lots of great restaurants and shops to go to including the Thursday night market. It also has a roof top pool on top of the building, with 360 views of Puerto Vallarta. We have stayed 3 times now at the Nautico and we love this condo the best. We would definitely go back. Nautico-Marina Vallarta

Unit was as per description. During the first few days of our stay we had a few minor issues, to which the property manager did not respond. I contacted the owner and he responded quickly and dealt with property manager immediately to respond to the minor concerns. The pool on the rooftop is awesome. Most of the furniture there was not good quality but it did meet our needs We would stay there again

Awesome Views - small space, no coffee maker, no blender

The views are as good or better than the pictures! We were very much surprised about how much we loved looking out the windows at all of the boat and yacht activity. Super fun and interesting. Loved the roof top deck & Pool. We were able to find seating even when we went up at peak times like 1:00 PM. Netflix worked great and there was room on the couch for 4 adults to watch after a day of touring. Negatives - sewage smell in one of the bathrooms that only went away after running the shower (bring some Febreze if you rent this one); we've stayed in dozens of VRBOs / Rentals over the years and this is the first one that did not have a coffee maker. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very small, but opening to the balcony does help.
