Relax in your private bedroom/bathroom. Very quiet neighborhood in the small beach town of Morro Bay. You will enjoy privacy in your stay with your own entrance (no access to adjacent house).
The bedroom includes King size bed with airy-beach ambiance and high-end linens.
Listen to the waves from the open windows at night in this quiet neighborhood.
Your private bathroom includes new amenities (shower only/ no bathtub).
Enjoy a short walk to the beautiful ocean or take a five minute drive to the Embarcadero and enjoy delicious local food.
Have a wonderful day walking on the Embarcadero watching families of sea otters, sea lions, and people enjoying water sports (Surfing, boogie boarding, and Stand-up paddle boarding) or take a cruise on the local glass-bottom boat.
Seven minutes of driving north on the beautiful Scenic Coast Highway (Highway1) will get you to the town of Cayucos for dining and walking on the pier.

Hilary and Andrew are the best hosts ever! Always available to answer questions, assist with anything I might need for my stay and provide a wonderful experience. The amenities are really lovely, the neighborhood quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful place to stay and unwind in the beautiful Morro Bay Area. The hosts were delightful and very helpful. The room was clean a well equipped with everything that we needed. Location is great. Close to the beach and a short distance from downtown.

Lovely private room in perfect location for a few days stay in Morro Bay. Great access to beach town, Pismo Beach and right by SLO downtown. Hosts were extremely kind and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay at the studio was very relaxing. Hilary and Andrew keep it bright, clean and well stocked with coffees, yummy teas and even hot cocoa. The big windows allowed sunshine in during the day and the refreshing cool breeze in at night. The large king size bed was comfortable and warm. It was the perfect spot for my husband and I to enjoy on our weekend away. Would definitely recommend!

The property is well-kept and located in a great location. Andrew and Hilary were fantastic hosts. They had great recommendations for things to do and where to watch the 4th of July firework shows. They even shared their delicious avocados with us and sent some with us for the road. We highly recommend staying with them!

Just what we needed!

This property had everything that my husband & I needed for a quiet (kidless) weekend away together! Andrew & Hillary were the most accommodating hosts & provided a comfortable, clean, peaceful place that we can't wait to stay again. From the ease of communication at check in, to the thoughtful suggestions offered for nearby places to visit, and taking the short drive down to the Embarcadero to check out the 3 stacks, a rock & all the shops....we couldn't have asked for a better location, hosts, or property. We will definitely be returning!

Comfy Coastal Getaway!

Cozy property on an impressive hillside a short distance from the beach. Great views of the ocean and surrounding area from the neighborhood.The room was perfectly supplied: coffee/tea/cocoa, microwave, and mini fridge/freezer. Big cozy bed with awesome Morro Bay breeze and ocean waves at night.Our hosts were very accommodating to our requests and had great communication. We hope to stay here again when our travels bring us back to the Central Coast.

Our hilltop home is located in a quiet neighborhood with opportunities for beautiful views in all directions... At the end of our driveway, you have an unstoppable view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean. If you choose to walk (about eight minutes), you will have the opportunity to walk on the beach. If you would like to get fine dining and enjoy our Embarcadero, you can drive a few minutes and enjoy it all!
