Relax in your private bedroom/bathroom. Very quiet neighborhood in the small beach town of Morro Bay. You will enjoy privacy in your stay with your own entrance (no access to adjacent house).
The bedroom includes King size bed with airy-beach ambiance and high-end linens.
Listen to the waves from the open windows at night in this quiet neighborhood.
Your private bathroom includes new amenities (shower only/ no bathtub).
Enjoy a short walk to the beautiful ocean or take a five minute drive to the Embarcadero and enjoy delicious local food.
Have a wonderful day walking on the Embarcadero watching families of sea otters, sea lions, and people enjoying water sports (Surfing, boogie boarding, and Stand-up paddle boarding) or take a cruise on the local glass-bottom boat.
Seven minutes of driving north on the beautiful Scenic Coast Highway (Highway1) will get you to the town of Cayucos for dining and walking on the pier.

We had a great stay! The room was big with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The hosts were very friendly and prompt in attending to any questions we had. Very quiet neighborhood and close to the downtown.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay here. The hosts are extremely thoughtful and kind, we had a great day. The house is close to everything and is extremely cozy. Can't recommend enough, great value and 10/10 experience.

We loved staying with Hilary and Andrew! They were in contact with us a week before our stay with information for our trip and were incredibly communicative throughout our actual stay. The room and bathroom were very clean and the perfect amount of space for two of us. We were out and about most during most of our stay so we weren't in the room a ton, but we felt more than comfortable at night and during any breaks in the day. Everything we could possibly need (beach stuff, fridge, sound machine, fan, coffee) was there and they even left us some avocados! Checking in and out was a breeze and the house was very easy to find with their instructions. We absolutely want to stay again for any future trips to the Central Coast!

Lovely private room in perfect location for a few days stay in Morro Bay. Great access to beach town, Pismo Beach and right by SLO downtown. Hosts were extremely kind and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our hilltop home is located in a quiet neighborhood with opportunities for beautiful views in all directions... At the end of our driveway, you have an unstoppable view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean. If you choose to walk (about eight minutes), you will have the opportunity to walk on the beach. If you would like to get fine dining and enjoy our Embarcadero, you can drive a few minutes and enjoy it all!
