Enjoy this remodeled open floor plan & clean space. Located centrally to many of San Diego's greatest attractions. You are just yards from freeway access.
UCSD is just 2 mi, UTC Shopping Mall (1 mi), Mission Bay (5 mi), Sea World (6 mi), San Diego Zoo (8 mi) and Downtown San Diego (9 mi). You are a 10-15 min drive to just about anywhere in the city and a short 2 min walk to groceries, donuts, and restaurants. Casual, relaxing and comfortable, this space provides the perfect place to relax. This top unit condo bodes tons of natural light. Upon entry you will be in an open floor plan living space with vaulted ceilings. Off of the living space is a large glass slider to the balcony surrounded by Eucalyptus trees.
The master bedroom has a cozy king size bed with vaulted ceilings and a large 3 panel mirrored closet. The master bathroom is attached to this room.
The second bedroom has queens size bed and a large window that lets in lots of natural light.
You are welcome to the use of the full size washer dryer within the unit.

Great location and comfortable beds. Condo is up two flights of stairs which was fine for our crew. Beany was very responsive whenever o reached out. There is a Vons that you can walk to making it very convenient to make food at tue condo.

It was clean. It is in the second floor with no elevator. It is sometimes hard to find a gues parking space if you are taking two cars. It is very close to La Jolla shores beach, which was a huge benefit for us.

Beany’s place worked great for our recent trip to San Diego. The location was perfect. It was close to all the main attractions (Zoo, Sea World, beaches, etc). The condo had plenty of room for 5. My two kiddos loved the pool in the evenings.

Great central location

This was a super central location with easy access to just about everything you need. Beany was easy to communicate with and very clear, before, during and after the stay! The condo was clean, well maintained and fully loaded with what you need for your time there.

Great central location in San Diego - pictures are accurate with the exception of the gas grill which is not there. Living room was very comfortable and roomy. The kitchen is well stocked and nice. The bed was very comfortable. The host was very communicative and helpful. There are two bathrooms but only one shower but that wasn't a problem for us. Very nice appliances in the kitchen and the laundry. Notice that the room is on the top floor and you must walk up 2 flights of stairs. Parking is very good - right in front of the condo across from the stairs. Right across from the room is a retail strip with a Von's grocery store and other merchants - very convenient but they get deliveries early in the mornings and of course trash day is pretty loud - other than that it's very quiet. The patio door does not completely shut - gets close but no cigar... not a real problem but just be aware. I would definitely consider renting this location on my next visit to San Diego

Everything we might possibly need was provided. Fully equipped kitchen, walking distance to supermarket too! It was quiet. Never heard the neighbors.

We loved this condo, coffee on the balcony every morning was amazing. My son loved the couch so much he decided to sleep on it every night. The only thing to be aware of is that it's on the second floor so if you have trouble with steps it may be a tough one. The condo is so quiet and peaceful and the location is great. It felt like we were within 20 minutes of everything

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was incredibly spacious and comfortable and just what we needed during a tough time while our home was under construction. Was nice to have a place to give us some peace. Would highly recommend!

It is clean, roomy, and very close to La Jolla. The only fown side is it's on the 3rd floor and there is only a window AC for the entire condo. However, as the temps are great in San Diego 95% of the time you don't have a lot of need for AC.
