This was a roomy home for our 3 children, their spouses and our 3 grandchildren. Jamaica Beach is a beautiful place and we had an awesome time at the beach. The downstairs room had a portable air conditioner that would turn off 2-3 times during the night and would have to be turned back on. The other rooms were controlled by Nests that were locked. The two smaller rooms stayed very cool and comfortable but the master was a little warm at times. There was one towel per guest and one towel mat for the floor that quickly became dirty. There was one dish towel for the 5 days that we were there. There was about an inch of dish soap, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each container and we very quickly ran out. I just when to Dollar General and bought more of everything a bath mat. There were no wine glasses so if that’s important to you, you may want to bring one. Dollar General didn’t have any. :) I had reached out prior to our visit and the host was very quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed having all of our family together.

Perfect for multiple families

Really enjoyed this house layout for 3 families (3 grandparents, 2 adults, 2 kids). Everyone had plenty of space, the place was clean, and it was well laid out.Dishwasher ran into an issue where it wouldn’t stop running
 but I had to repair my own a few weeks ago, so it happens. Owner was very responsive through app, so appreciate that.FYI next door unit is also a rental with a pool. Slightly noisy a couple times, but not past 1030, so not a huge deal.

Very comfortable, relaxing easy-going stay

The property owner was very friendly responsive and the property itself was nice clean spacious and fun. Location is away from the city, but the beach was fantastic in this area. Would definitely recommend it to anybody with a large family or group.

We had a great family weekend at the beach. The house is about a 15 minute walk or a 2 minute drive from the beach. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and hang out when we got back from the beach. The host was very quick to respond to my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Went to Galveston with our kids and grandkids for my grandaughters birthday. Loved the house and the amount of room was very much appreciated. Plenty of space and comfortable.

What a gem!

This is a lovely property, large and spacious, contains all amenities needed for a family stay at the beach. Well stocked with kitchen items, provided snacks and courtesy water at check in. Comfortable beds, clean. Lots of restroom space with quality Native brand products provided. About a 1/4 mile walk to beach along lovely road with walking path. Great outdoor deck with spigot to wash off after beach walk. Plenty of beach towels provided, extra chairs, bbq pit, multiple refrigerators and starter toiletries, paper towels, and soap were provided. No complaints just a suggestion, could use trash cans in bedrooms and placement of cameras on deck feels a bit invasive when your hanging on porch but recognize need for safety. Option to turn off porch light would be good for better star viewing. Overall fantastic place, will definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay in your beautiful home.
