Start or end your day in awe with the magnificent colors of the sunrise and sunset. Enjoy lounging on the big deck with the gulf wind blowing over you, as you enjoy your favorite beverage.

There is plenty of room in and around this spacious, well-appointed, comfortable home to gather and make memories with family and friends. When not lounging or having fun at this beautiful retreat, rent a golf cart (Rick's Rentals) or walk across the road, (cautiously), to get to the beach!

There are modern showers, and a washer/dryer for your convenience, when you return. Please rinse off prior to entering! Thank you.

Some areas not too far away that you may be interested in: Nates Restaurant, (they stay busy and may not answer the phone) Seven Seas Grocery, (small grocery store in Jamaica Beach, with gas station) The Sandbar Grille Waterman's RestaurantIf you will be need a large amount of groceries, we recommend stopping at Walmart or Kroger on your way in, as this location is on the far West end of the island, (yet under 30 minutes to downtown Galveston).

BEACH ACCESSORIES IN STORAGE AREA UNDER HOUSE FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT
These are the items that are currently in the storage area downstairs:

Umbrella, canopy
Beach chairs
Beach toys, boogie boards

Please note the elements/salty air, sand, etc., can be harsh on beach accessories, and some items come and go. This is what we currently have in stock in the storage area.

Home Rules
No pets allowed
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
If available, fees applied for early check in and late check out being up to 80% of the nightly rate depending on time requested
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
