Large golf course retreat home with beautiful views overlooking the Wando River
This large home sits on the 9th tee box of an Arnold Palmer golf course. Enjoy 4 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The primary bedroom is a peaceful escape on the main living floor, with its own access to the back deck. The shower can serve as a steam room with essential oils. The back deck features a 13' spa for relaxing or exercising. Enjoy the sunset from the screened-in porch, which overlooks the Wando River and Ravenal Bridge. The Second floor features 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a media room. There are two gas fireplaces, one in the great room and one in the media room. The lower level has a home gym with a Peloton, free weights, an ergatta and more, as well as another living space, and a home office. The neighborhood has tennis courts, a basketball court, a playground, a swimming pool, a golf course, and a country club.

I love being here because of the proximity to the beaches, the history, downtown, all the great food, and all the things to do! Charleston is a beautiful city and the weather is pretty nice year-round..

We chose this neighborhood because of the amenities at offered and the spaciousness of the home. Leaving in Charleston we get a lot of family and friends that like to visit so this house afforded us the opportunity to host guests.
This neighborhood has a pool, basketball, court, two clay tennis, courts, a playground, and a country club. The neighborhood also has walking trails throughout and a golf course. We have two young kids and so we were looking for a family friendly neighborhood when we purchased this home.
This house sits on the ninth Teebox of an Arnold Palmer golf course. At night, you can watch the sunset from the screened in porch off the back of the home. The views overlook the Wando River and the Ravenel Bridge. You can see all types of birds, deer, and sometimes alligators from the back deck.
