Cette maison est mis en place pour les vacances en famille avec une pente vers l'activitĂ© en plein air. Utilisez le quai avec flotteur pour pĂȘcher, kayak, canoĂ«, planche Ă  pagaie. Crique de marĂ©e, donc 2 pieds Ă  marĂ©e basse et 8 pieds Ă  marĂ©e haute. The house was clean and the home owner responsive to any questions we had. The neighborhood is quiet and much time was spent at the dock fishing or simply sitting and taking in the outdoors. The location lent itself well to everything we wanted to do in Mount Pleasant and Charleston.

Peaceful retreat

This is a very nice property and a great place to relax. Close enough to everything and still quiet area. For the most part, it lived up to our expectations. The water level depends on the tide. When the tide is out, not much water is at the dock. There is not an area at the dock to swim. Adding a TV to the other 2 bedrooms would be nice. AC seemed to struggle during the hottest parts of the day. Overall this is a great rental and we enjoyed our stay.

The location of this home was perfect! Very nice home in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The dock was very nice and kept me and my son-in-law busy.

Perfect retreat!!

My now husband and I stayed here for the week of our wedding and it was absolutely perfect for us! The ample space both inside and out was great! The upgraded open kitchen and screened in porch with beautiful views of the water was the perfect retreat!It was just like the pictures and description. Location couldn’t have been better- close to everything we needed. The best part was the owner was super helpful and flexible with us. We are already looking at going back!

Great Stay!

The house was very clean and accurately described. Its location was great, in a great neighborhood, and close to many attractions. The only thing I wish it had was portable outdoor furniture so we could move it around to different locations of the yard. We purchased some cheap bag chairs and left them in the garage for future guest use. The owner was very kind and answered all the questions we had very promptly. We would definitely stay again

Great location - perfect vacation rental

We have not been on a family vacation in several years, so we were super excited for this trip. Joe's Mt. Pleasant home did not disappoint, and ended up being the perfect relaxation spot for my family. My dad and fiance love to fish and absolutely loved being right on the water! We were lucky enough to spend NYE here and had an incredible view of multiple different locations setting off fireworks. The property was exactly as described and Joe was super available and had great communication. We would highly recommend this property, close to downtown Charleston, Sullivan's beach, and many fun shops and restaurants in Mt. Pleasant. Highly impressed, we had a great stay!

Great Thanksgiving stay

Spacious and clean house. Excellent location-20 min to most downtown tourist destinations. Property on water allowed for beautiful sunsets and fishing. Host very responsive to communications.

Wedding week

The property was perfect for us. Our daughter got married at Creek Club at ION. 10-15 minutes away depending on traffic. The open floor design allowed for plenty room for bride & bridesmaids to prep for the wedding. The photographer used the dock as back drop for pre ceremony pictures. We could not found a better place & Joe, the owner was very responsive to few questions we had. Highly recommend this property!!

Great stay

The house was clean and well maintained. It was super comfortable for five adults. We spent every morning on the dock: drinking coffee and watching the wildlife. I actually don’t have anything negative to say about our stay.

Fabulous!

Our family stayed in this home. We picked this location because it was close to Charleston and to the beach. It was fantastic. Such a relaxing and beautiful place to be on the waterway. The outside enclosed deck, the grilling area, the fishing dock
all lovely. It is spacious, clean and very well appointed.

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time staying at this Vrbo. Plenty of activities on the property to keep everyone occupied. I especially enjoyed doing yoga down by the dock every morning so peaceful.

Wonderful property

We stayed here for 5 days while our son played at the Shipyard. We were very impressed with the responsiveness and kindness of the owner. The property was exactly as advertised and very clean. Not only was the property well maintained, but it was nicely updated. The neighborhood was very cute and all neighbors were very welcoming. The dock and back yard were a very nice plus as our kids had so much fun fishing and playing. I highly recommend this property and will gladly stay here again if we ever come back to the area.

Great location with dock on Shem Creek. 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, with nice kitchen and big screened-in porch. Very close to multiple waterfront restaurants and activities. Short drive to the beach at Sullivan's Island

Perfect getaway

We had such a great time! Came down for a baseball tournament at Shipyard and stayed here for a week. Perfect location! Fishing on the dock at night was such a fun experience. So relaxing!

Great location, beautiful home

Loved this home and Shem Creek. The house was roomy and open, great for entertaining. We appreciate the low fees on this property but also felt like it was not super well maintained as a rental. There were several things that needed small repairs or extra attention (shower door wouldn’t slide, not enough toilet paper, outlet coming out of bedroom wall, broken outdoor table etc) that needed attention of a local owner or management co. It was a pain to have to wash towels the night before leaving, at least give a later than 10am check out with that expectation. We brought kayaks and fishing stuff to take full advantage of the dock, doing this allowed us to fully make use of and enjoy the property. We would consider staying again for sure.
