Take a 16-minute drive to Hermosa Beach, But that's not it!! We are only 5 miles from LAX and 1.5 mile from SoFi Stadium/Youtube/Forum! Perfect for families or working professionals

To keep a good morale with our neighbors and city,
Parties - Loud Music - Profanity in the common area is not allowed. No violence or altercations.

No Visitors or Extra guests than allowed .

Please be Mindful of Neighbors and Quiet Time - 10 pm to 7 am.

We came for a concert at Kia Forum and the house was perfect for our needs. Easy check-in, good communication with the host, comfortable and we felt safe.If we are back this way again, we would book it!

Excellent LA Location

This property was a great place to stay. The place was spotless and the gated parking was nice. There were plenty of beds and the host was very communicative. The location was great for attractions in and around LA. It was pretty quiet except for New Year's Eve but that is expected :)

Excellent villa

From time of booking and throughout our stay at this gorgeous villa, communication with Nellie was excellent. We loved her place and had all the comforts of home. Close to shops and liquor store and also close to the Intuit Dome where we had a fantastic night watching the game. Definitely recommend this place for a couple or family.

3 nights stay with family with teenagers

Nice home with all the necessary items. We, family with teenagers, enjoyed the stay. During our stay we visited Universal Studios, which in the morning took around an hour, due to rush hour traffic, and back in the evening just 25 min.

Girl”s Trip

Traveled with mother in law and daughter for high school graduation trip. Central location to LA tourist areas and beaches. Easy highway access. Grocery stores are close by. Stocked kitchen for cooking and keurig. Comfortable beds and nice linens and towels. Quiet area with gated designated parking. Highly recommended.

Good stay

Quiet neighborhood. Loved the fenced parking. Only thing i did not like was there was no tv in the master bedroom and no AC in the master bedroom. If it would have been really hot out this would have been a problem but since the weather was nice slept with the windows open.
