I wish I could say something nice about the stay. When we pulled up the yard was overgrown, which was not a huge deal, but almost all of the parking is in the grass so we had to trudge through the tall grass to load and unload. The house was not clean. There were cobwebs everywhere, you could feel dust on the floor, and there were ants in one of the couches. The pillows were brown and dirty and the extras were stacked in the floor. One of the beds was missing a top sheet. The towels were all damp, like they had been washed but had not finished drying before being put away. All the smoke detectors in the house had been removed. There was some sort of electrical problem and 2 of the bathrooms downstairs did not have any lights that worked. The house is a great layout for a vacation rental that sleeps a ton of people and is relatively centrally located, but it is poorly maintained.

Convenient location and lots of sleeping space! Kitchen was perfect for prepping Thanksgiving food to take to a family meal. We enjoyed our stay…thank you!!

Perfect Graduation Accommodations

We had a lovely stay here. The host was very responsive and super accommodating! We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the house was. It was the perfect place for a large group to celebrate my graduation as it was super close to downtown and the university! Everything was great!

Perfect multi-family option

We loved how large the house was. It accommodated several families who were in town for a wedding. The multiple rooms with bathrooms made getting everyone ready on time a breeze. We could not have asked for a more perfect house for our needs.

Great location

The property was a great location to the civic center, and it was plenty of room for our group. Upstairs was beautiful, but downstairs was a bit older and not as clean in the bathrooms. Overall our stay was great.

The property is completely not cleaned. We found cobwebs, dirt, unclean bedding, hair, and just overall uncared for property. There are damaged, unsafe flooring, top floor stays hot - while first floor is cool/ cold.The front lock is one bolt and the door didn't seem to lock all the way with only one bolt holding it together. There is dirt and damage on walls. Yes you have enough sleeping spots but the conditions and beds are unbearable - the mattresses have the worst sound and no comfort at all. Bedding is dirty and uncared for - we used our own bedding, sheets, blankets and pillows where we could. There was not enough towels for everyone. The coffee maker was filthy and dirty with previous guests/ owners?There was a random rock/ boulder under the living room couch. Leaks and bugs, spiders on ceilings. If we could find another place for such a large group we would've demanded a refund immediately. If you have no where else to go - this is the only reason to book this place. I reached out to the host and sent images of random dirt, grime, broken items to the host and just got a response " thanks".

Hi Inna, I'm so sorry the property did not meet your expectations. I received a few pictures of what appeared to be wear and tear repairs. Those of which we handled after your checkout. I did not receive any photos of cleanliness issues. It would have been impossible to come in and do wear and tear repairs with your 15 guests present. I have stayed at many airbnbs and the majority of them only have a deadbolt in order to accommodate a keyless entry.

Stay in Knoxville

It was ok. The house was large enough to accommodate all of our family members. The biggest drawbacks were no dining space and the swing set in the back yard is unusable.

Bowling Trip

We came to bowl in the Southeastern Bowling Tournament and we done the River Boat ride and done some coaster rides and water parks , the house was clean and it was just right for us !!

Great location with easy access to everything

Our family enjoyed our stay here while we were looking for a new home in Tennessee. This property had tons of sleeping options and was very close to many of the great stores and amenities Knoxville has to offer. The host was very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond in helping me find a wedding ring I had lost in the yard. Can't recommend highly enough!

Great house for a group. We used for UTK rush before apartment leases began. Only about 10 minute drive to the school. Host was great with communication and answered all questions quickly Ran into an issue with move in and host was able to extend without an issue House was very clean with tons of places to sleep Would definitely recommend !

Family Lodging for College Graduation

This property is perfect for extended families of multiple ages and mobility needs! Super clean, freshly renovated, new furniture, great temperature control and fully equipped full kitchen. Plenty of extra blankets, pillows, towels, iron and ironing board, blow dryer. James thought of everything to make our stay wonderful! Location is perfect, close to University of Tennessee campus (10-12 minutes away) gas stations, food city, shopping all within 5-7 minutes drive. We had a fantastic time, we had family from several states meet to celebrate graduation and the property accommodations were cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend this place! Thank you for a great rental!

We were 1/2 hour away and still had not received our code and this was at 3:45pm and check in was at 4pm. Upon our checkout we had no direction of what was expected when we left , in other places we get that the night before , so we did take out garbage , put all used towels in one bathroom and put bedding in middle of beds on the ones we used.. besides that is was convent for what we needed it for .

Just right for our family

We booked this property over Thanksgiving. Half of our family live in Knoxville and we needed a place for the other half of our out-of-town family to stay. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was exactly what we needed. In fact, the bedrooms and bathrooms probably could handle the number it is advertised for, which is 17 people, with all the double beds. But you would not be able to sit 17 people in one place to eat. There was a small 2-person table in the kitchen. There was another 2-person table I the living room area. There were 4 TV stands in the living room area. I'm glad we did not plan to host Thanksgiving dinner here. The kitchen had everything we needed for any standard-day meal, but would not have been big enough to make a large dinner for a large group. There were TVs in EVERY room which allowed family to split up and spend time on their own. We could gather in the living room and sit on the couches. But we were never able to get the main TV working...issues with it connecting to the WiFi. This was not a big deal for us and I'm sure if we contacted the host, he would have addressed it. The house was clean and provided soap, towels, toilet paper, and trash bags.
