Conveniently located minutes from world-renowned golf courses at Kapalua and Kaanapali and steps from shops, markets and restaurants in Kapalua, the Bay Villas are surrounded by everything you would need on your Maui vacation. This property is also just a few minutes from Napili and Kahana for more dining pleasures and just a few miles away from the excitement of Kaanapali Resort. This unit proudly features:

The Bay Villa location has breathtaking ocean front views of the islands of Molokai and Lanai. This villa has high ceilings, sunken garden bath tub, fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. It is ideal for 2 couples or a family who would enjoy the large grassy area fronting the unit. Located on the property are three heated swimming pools, two tennis courts, gas barbecues, free parking and recreation areas for the convenience of owners and guests. Whether you're looking for a relaxing vacation or fun-filled getaway, or the perfect quiet and quaint spot to rejuvenate.

Kapalua’s beauty can be enjoyed through hikes, restaurants and gorgeous beaches. The hiking trails at Kapalua range from easy to extremely difficult! Enjoy the ease of the Kapalua Coastal Trail, the Village Trails or the very difficult Mahana Ridge Trail. Kapalua is home to some of Maui’s best restaurants. Higher end spots like Merrimans, Sansei, the Plantation House Restaurant, Cane and Canoe, and the Banyan Tree are wonderful for any special occasion. Honolua Store, the Pour House and Taverna are a little less pricy for amazing tasty cuisine. Neighboring Napili town also has a selection of restaurants. Enjoy dining oceanfront at Gazebo or the Seahouse! Cultural flavors of a wide variety, a wonderful coffee store and more are available at the Napili Plaza along with a grocery store, Napili Market. Kapalua Bay Beach was labeled “best beach” by Dr. Beach in 2018. Enjoy snorkeling in these calm pristine waters. Oneloa, Honolua and Slaughterhouse are also amazing and just minutes away! Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy.

Perfect getaway

Perfect accommodations for 2 couples. Easy access to trails along the coast or back to Kapalua/Napili Bays from the lanai. Can't wait to go back!

Solid option in Maui

Beautiful location , great complex, weird to have people walking by your back window at all hours. On the trail! Overall the decor is a little dated but good stay.

Amazing property

This property was basically the perfect stay, the views and location were absolutely breathtaking. Super spacious for our family of six, super comfortable furniture and all the necessities. The only thing to note was a few dead roaches but it is a property right near the water in a tropical location and there was never any living insects that were bothersome and the washer is quite small so keeping up with washing beach towels is a process as the washer only held 3 at a time. In all I would 100% recommend the property to anyone who is looking for an amazing stay in beautiful Hawaii.

Great location for family get away

This property was a great place for our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids) for a 10-day vacation. 2 large bedrooms (king size bed in each), each with a large bathroom attached. A third full bathroom accessible from the open living / dining room area. Stackable washer and dryer came in very handy. The unit is located right next to a walking trail, from which you can walk to multiple beaches. Multiple restaurants and a grocery store are within a 5 minute drive. Property management company quickly responded to an e-mailed question. Would happily stay again.

Quiet location

Everything is wonderful. Only recommendation is restock the kitchen with new fry pans-large & small and new spatulas. There is one walk-in shower, other two are bath/shower combo which would be difficult for older people less mobile to get in & out of. They are very deep without any grab bars.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bug infested - We arrived to find thousands of bugs, remotes, ants, crickets and roaches. We didn’t buy food because that would entice more bugs and weren’t able to use the kitchen area or cook meals. Run down - Door didn’t lock, bath fan controls broken, stains, ceilings needed repairs, burned out lights, etc....Good thing the location was by the beach - although we would not rent this unit again because if it’s poor condition and infestation. It hindered our vacation plans and we didn’t have any other options by the time we arrived for vacation and found the rental in disrepair and infested.

GREAT location in this development -- 20 yards from the path that walks the ocean shore or takes you to the main hang-out beach. Huge lawn area. Secluded porch off one of the rooms. Would rent it again in a second. Clean, modern appointments. And Sullivan Properties -- so easy to work with and communicative. Couldn't ask for more.

Great location and perfect for a family

Loved our stay here. Condo was larger than we expected and having a backyard for the kids to play was wonderful. Unit is slightly tired but doesn’t matter because of size, comfort and location. Golf, resort spas and restaurants, great beaches and pool all right there. Coastal pathway right out the door was fun too. Our only issue was finding the actual condo after dark (directions lead you to the rental office, not the condo, and signage is hard to see at night) and fact that we couldn’t reach anyone after office hours. Still highly recommend. Would just also recommend that you get detailed directions to the actual condo before you go.

It was our first time staying in Kapalua and we all loved it. The condo had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. Excellent location and wonderful property

This Bay Villa property was spacious and clean. The location is perfect to enjoy the ocean view walking trails and beautiful sunset just steps away. We had couple of issues (broken latch to back window door and inaccurate gate access code) but were resolved by the property manager.
