LIVING
The heart of the home is full of warmth, character, and conversation pieces. Mid-century and vintage details fill the space, with leather seating, cozy lounge chairs, and bold artwork throughout. It's the perfect space to unwind, read, entertain, or simply soak up the creativity that defines this home.

KITCHEN + DINING
Channel your inner chef in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all essentials: pots, pans, utensils, dishes, a coffee maker, a stovetop oven, and a full-size refrigerator. Whether you're preparing a simple breakfast or a family-style dinner, this space has you covered. Enjoy meals around the modern round dining table with seating for six, ideal for sharing both food and stories.

MAIN SUITE
Spacious and serene, the Main Suite features a plush queen-size bed, ambient lighting, and an attached private bathroom with a tub/shower combo and toilet. The suite includes an armoire for hanging clothes, offering both function and elegance. A quiet retreat after a day spent gallery hopping or exploring the high desert.

GUEST BEDROOM ONE
Cozy and artfully appointed, this bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, a side chair, and thoughtfully selected original art that adds depth and personality to the space. Perfect for a restful night or a private moment with a book.

GUEST BEDROOM TWO
Bright and welcoming, this room includes a queen-size bed, two nightstands with lamps, a side chair, and a full closet for storage. Whether you're staying for a weekend or a longer getaway, you’ll find it stylish, functional, and supremely comfortable.

WORKSPACE
A creative’s dream. The office is outfitted with a vintage library desk and an ergonomic office chair—perfect for working remotely, journaling, or planning your Marfa adventures. Inside the closet, you’ll find extra towels and additional space for hanging clothes.

BATHROOM MAIN SUITE
Soaking bath tub with shower, vanity sink, toilet, fresh towels and soaps.

HALL BATH
Features a clean and modern walk-in shower, vanity sink, and toilet.

HALL BATH TWO
Equipped with a shower, sink vanity, and toilet—ideal for guests staying in Bedroom 2 or those using the shared spaces.

For your convenience, a stackable washer and dryer are available inside the home—perfect for longer stays or quick refreshes after a dusty day out in the desert.

The backyard is designed for easy, laid-back gatherings. Enjoy meals at the German beer garden-style table under the covered patio, fire up the charcoal grill, and stargaze into the wide West Texas sky.

Please Note: The yard is not currently fully enclosed, and will soon undergo a full construction of brand new fence will begin in June of 2025.
