At Diamond Resorts, the safety and well-being of our guests and team members is of utmost concern. Please read below for the latest developments relating to Diamond and our response to COVID-19.

Charter Club Resort of Naples Bay is located in southwest Florida, home to some of Florida's best fishing and white sand beaches. Get up close to wildlife on an airboat tour of the Everglades, explore the historic Old Naples shops or relax by the resort pool. Conveniently located in the Old Naples Historic District, you will find the area’s charm just a short walk or bicycle ride away. There is so much to do at Charter Club Resort that a weekend getaway may turn into a weeklong stay.

Approximately 1,195 square feet, this 2 Bedroom unit features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 2 Twin Beds in the guest bedroom and 1 Queen sleeper sofa in the living area including a full kitchen, dining area and 2 bathrooms. Maximum of 6 occupants.

Fees Due Upon Check-in:
A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily $18.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).

Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $200 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking and a daily $18.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Resort Fee includes BBQ grill(s), beach equipment rentals, bicycle rentals, board game rentals, book exchange, business center, coffee bar, DVD rentals, fishing rentals, hot tub access, laundry access, local/toll-free calls, pool access, self-parking and Wi-Fi. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4:00 p.m. ET at the main building on-site, and check out time is 10 a.m. ET. Office Hours: Monday – Saturday 8 am – 6 pm, Sunday 9 am – 5 pm. - Self-Check-in process for after office hours arrivals: Our after-hours answering service assists guests with getting their unit key out of the lockbox. The lockbox is located on the outside of the front of the registration office. There is a telephone to the right of it and instructions on the lockbox. Following the instructions, the guest will use the telephone, verify their reservation information, and the after-hours service will give them a code to unlock the lockbox. Inside the lockbox, the guest will find a welcome packet with their last name. The welcome packet includes everything they need, i.e. a unit key, parking permit, information about the resort. The guest, using a small map, will navigate to their unit on their own. Instructions in the packet direct the guest to return to the office the following morning and finish the check-in process as the key will deactivate by 10 am.

Notice: There are no team members on-site after business hours. Therefore, luggage assistance will not be available. In addition, there are no team members to assist if a room change is needed.

Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. The nearest airport to Charter Club Resort of Naples Bay by Diamond Resorts is Miami International Airport which is 127 miles by car respectively.

Please note by purchasing this listing you agree that there may be a chance for an 'Upgrade' to your unit for a larger unit that will fit the same amount of people. If this is the case, we will upgrade your room without question, free of charge. Therefore, depending on the length of your stay and unavailability of rooms, you may be upgraded to a larger suite during your stay with us.

Hence, if you have any concerns, our Front desk hours are open Monday – Saturday 8 am – 6 pm, Sunday 9 am – 5 pm to respond to your requests.

Auxiliary parking is available for guests, no charge, one vehicle permitted per reservation.

*** Pet Policy ***
Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.

*** Smoking Policy ***
All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.

*** Housekeeping Policy ***
Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for an additional fee.

*** Other Notes ***
This resort offers Braille signage (i.e. elevators, room numbers), handicap parking, first floor access ramps, and a portable pool lift.

Some units include lever h angles on all doors, visual doorbells, visual fire alarm, visual phone alert, counter-height microwave, front control stove or range, roll-under bathroom. sink, roll-under kitchen sink, roll-in shower, handheld shower head, grab bars in shower, grab bars in tub, grab bars around toilet, front door wide-angle wheelchair height peephole, and Braille signage for room numbers.

Some suites include visual doorbells and visual fire alarm.
