Welcome to Monterey Dune Haven, your secluded hideaway for a never-to-be-forgotten vacation! Nestled on the Monterey Peninsula, this luxurious retreat sits amongst 120 individually-owned homes, stretched over a mile of colorful, sandy beachfront. The area is known for its hundreds of festivals, tournaments, shows, races, and tours - making it a perfect destination for the whole family. Spend your days engaging in some playful competition on some of the world's finest golf courses, watching the whales from the home's back deck, and saying hello to the unique wildlife at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Additional hotspots nearby include Pebble Beach and Moss Landing's numerous antique shops.

When you aren't relishing the surf and the sand, collecting seashells, and watching the sea otters at play, head for the community's shared pool, tennis court, or volleyball court.

When a break from the sun is warranted, head inside the luxurious interior of Monterey Dune Haven. Here, the living is full of light, adorned with high-end furnishings, and decked with modern amenities. Floor-to-ceiling windows highlight the expansive living room with a large TV, ample seating, and beautiful artwork. The adjacent gourmet kitchen radiantly gleams with its granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and center island. When mealtime rolls around, family-style meals can be indulged in at the large formal dining table.

Comfort is in abundance in each of the four bedrooms. Well decorated with subtle hints of nautical living, the bedrooms offer soft linens, private TVs, and plentiful storage space. Additional interior perks include a separate washer/dryer, a fireplace, an EV charger, and internet access.

As the waves crash, fire up the provided gas grill on the patio and host a sweet summer barbecue. Also, outside, you'll find a pleasant seating area and a firepit.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM
Guest must directly pay an additional resort fee of $38 per night upon arrival.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
