-Mini coffee station: Keurig, carafe coffee maker, and starter set of coffee, tea, filters, sugar, and creamers.
-Separate beverage fridge for your convenience.

**POOL HEATING:
-Pool heating is $25/day and pool is heated to approximately 85 degrees
-Hot tub is hot and ready when you are...no need to wait for it to heat up like you do with a pool spa.

** WILDLIFE & CLIMATE ADVISORY:
-Florida is home to various critters and tropical wildlife. Keeping doors and windows closed helps avoid unwanted guests.
-Property is regularly treated for pests inside and out.
-Tropical climate may lead to sightings of lizards, iguanas, and even exotic animals. Please report any significant wildlife encounters. However, seeing critters will not warrant a refund.

**PET POLICY:
Sunsation Villa is typically a pet-free home, but we occasionally make exceptions for small, well-behaved dogs under 25 lbs. All pets must be pre-approved and added to the reservation prior to booking. A $300 non-refundable pet fee applies. Please reach out with details about your pet before submitting a booking request.

**GUEST ACCESS & CLEANLINESS:
-Full access to the home and garage (garage door opener not provided).
-Professionally cleaned and inspected before each stay. Please notify us if anything is amiss so we can make it right. It is our goal for you to have a 5-star stay!

Eagles Lake Aquatic Park- 1.5 miles:
This water park is just down the road from us, so it's super convenient for those of you with children! The park is open Monday through Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Sugden Regional Park- 3.1 miles
This park features a 60-acre lake & freshwater beach, plus paddle boats, walking paths & picnic areas.

Local Walks- 3.7 miles
For a fun place to walk, visit Lely. Just drive in off of Tamiami to Sam Sneads Restaurant. There's plenty of free parking at the restaurant, the sidewalks are wide, and you can walk for miles. The path connects to several nearby parks. After you are done walking, stop in for a delicious bite at Sam Sneads.

Naples Botanical Garden- 3.9 miles
A beautiful 170-acre botanical garden. Open Monday through Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM.

Celebration Park- 4.8 miles
Food trucks provide the eats at this laid-back, open-air bar set in a waterfront park. This is a fun place to hang out, especially for happy hour (4-6 PM Mon-Fri) They often have live music in the afternoon and again in the evening. Open Sun-Thurs to 9 PM and Fri-Sat until 10 PM.

Tin City- 6.2 miles
Tin City is a open-air specialty shopping district located on the water. There are four separate buildings of restaurants and shops where you can buy food, antiques, clothes, seashells, candles, wine, etc. Be sure to check out the restaurants and enjoy that great water view!

Bayfront Restaurants- 6.1 miles
Bayfront of Naples is a Mediterranean-style waterfront village overlooking Naples Bay featuring restaurants offering breakfast, lunch, and brunch in a variety of dining atmospheres. This place offers dog-friendly outdoor and waterfront dining plus live entertainment! Bayfront of Naples is open daily, but please visit the website for the individual businesses location details and hours of operation.

Downtown Naples: Famous 5th Ave.- 6.4 miles
A visit to Naples wouldn't be complete without a stroll along its unofficial Main Street, the Avenue has been at the heart of the downtown district. Over the decades, this area has blossomed into the thriving business and arts district it is today, securing its spot as a prime dining, shopping, and entertainment destination. This is a great place to watch for those exotic cars!

Naples Beach and Naples Pier 7.3 miles
Here you will find a Seven-mile white-sand beach along with a serene atmosphere & fishing pier. The Pier took a hit from Hurricane Ian, so you can’t currently walk on it, however, it’s still the best place on the planet to see a sunset!

Naples Zoo- 8 miles
The Naples Zoo is a 43-acre zoo and historic botanical garden. The zoo is open Mon-Sun 9AM to 4:30 PM.

Rookery Bay Nature Preserve- 8.5 miles
Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve stretches across 110,000 acres of pristine mangrove forest, uplands, and protected waters, encompassing 40% of Collier County coastline. The Nature Center has hands-on activities for all ages with interactive exhibits, art gallery, trails, and picnic areas. They also offer eco-tours. Interested in a boat or kayak tour? If so, check them out! Open 9 AM to 4 PM- closed on Sundays.

Marco Island- 12 miles
Marco Island features six miles of beautiful sand beach. On the way, be sure to seek out a picturesque waterfront restaurant in the communities of Goodland or Isles of Capri.
