This was a fabulous way to enjoy the beach and pool and other ritz carlton amenities with small children. Kitchen helped with kids. I did not realize that 2nd bedroom replaced livingroom, but we made it work.

This is an UNSAFE unit!! The unit had black mold on the walls, inside the fridge, and probably all inside the air ducts. When we mentioned this to the owner they came and quickly wiped it but if you know how mold works you know it is deep inside the HVAC system and walls. We had headaches inside the unit. Also WHILE we were staying in the unit the owner decided to FUMIGATE the entire unit for pest control. The cabinets are falling off their hinges and overall just a dirty unit. We left after the first night and got a room at the Ritz hotel which was far far nicer and better

Family Vacation

Great property at the Ritz Key Biscayne. Check-in process was easy. Host was great answering any questions. My family of five comfortably slept in the two story property. Rental came with full access to the hotel’s amenities including pools, beach and hotel car to get around.

Another great stay

I have lost count of how many times we have stayed in this property (I am a former local and we appreciate the quieter, family friendly area) and this is my very favorite unit of them all. The layout is perfect for our family of 4 and I feel like the views have more to look at than the straight ocean views. Host answered questions right away. Would love to stay again.

Amazing Ritz stay!

This was a wonderful trip for all! The property is amazing - we enjoyed all the amenities at the Ritz! The dining area was perfect for our meals (we splurged on room service) and the views are stunning! Lots of space too! We didn’t want to leave.

Lovely Apartment in Ritz

The views from this Penthouse Apartment at the Ritz are stunning. You have a 270 degree view of the ocean & Miami. We had a lovely stay and had access to the Ritz amenities including the pools, restaurants & the beach.

Great property and great dealing with owner

I stayed there with a bunch of girlfriends and the property was very nicely furnished and laid out, perfect for 4 friends. Our host always answered my emails immediately and resolved our small mixups right away.

We love the Ritz and Key Biscayne!! The unit is dated and could use some upgrades. The host did not respond to any of our questions pre-arrival or during check out. Overall

very good stay

The staff is extremely friendly, one big advantage is the parking spot in covered garage, included in your stay so a lot of money saved on valet parking and tips. Hotel offers courtesy rides to nearby restaurants and other places, great pool and beach. Hotel is going very soon through a complete remodeling well needed. Room is very nice and in good shape. I will like also to thank our host, James who responded on time to all my emails and was very professional and friendly

Nice penthouse inside the Ritz Carlton. The room had a wonderful view and plenty of space. It is in need of some tlc / routine maintenance like caulk, cracked paint etc but comfortable and clean. Would stay there again.
